“I have always received great service from this location from shipping to notary service. I dropped them to 4 stars because the last visit near year’s end, I was referred to another desk to get service when the staffer was clearly tied up with a detailed passport or other official issue. Once done she looked at me and walked away. She said NOTHING. Others lined up behind me with no one directing us for 15 minutes only to send me back to the desk where I started. I would have happily waited at the original desk- I could see they were busy and I was patient. I just find it rude to ignore me and say nothing - even a simple sentence - ‘I’m heading to another desk and cannot help.” - is a basic courtesy. She is the only staff person I encountered there like that. Hopefully she was just having a bad day as that was unprofessional.”
“I always give my husband my USPS and UPS returns, but he often ends up driving around with the packages in his car. On one such occasion I happened to be in the vehicle with him when we drove past My Mailbox Store. On a whim I told him to stop so that I could see if they'd take my packages. Lo and behold, they do! This is your one-stop-shop for dropping off all your USPS, FedEx, or UPS returns or packages. They also have the resources to pack and ship things on your behalf. It really couldn't have been easier, and the associate was super friendly. This is a very convenient place!”

“I was just at this location with my baby and I had to pickup some large boxes to move. I came in very last minute because I didn’t realize what time they closed today.The staff in there was absolutely wonderful and one employee who I did not catch his name definitely stood above the bar and gave amazing customer service. They were wonderful and I will now be doing all further purchases and shipping straight through this location.He let me and my baby wait inside for our ride due to it being so cold. He deserves a raise, wonderful wonderful employees to interact with. I definitely recommend this location to others in Delaware who want a quick easy and friendly shipping experience..”
