We purchased a Ram Pro City about a month ago - I have waited to write a review because I have had issues with used vehicles.
We have been very happy with the van. We have not had any surprising issues and the van has been everything and more that we were promised.
The experience of purchasing the vehicle was fast and actually pleasant. We found the van online and went to see it the same day. We left a deposit and came back the next day to pick up a clean vehicle that was quickly ready.
We would recommend Mac’s cars to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle.

I inquired about the car I purchased in April. Drove 2 1/2 hrs from PA. Car was not inspected (expired year before). To me it was a red flag but overlooked nonetheless. I found a little rust on inside rear door. Looked at tires and they looked half worn but he assured me they were decent. Only 1 key fob, and was promised to be given a name near me where I could purchase at discount. Finally received the tags and went for inspection. Front tires were at 2, so I had to replace. There were noticeable paint runs on right rear body. The carfax said minor damage, but whoever fixed did terrible job. I had car detailed and found many more paint flaws and touch ups. Didn't expect a perfect car since it was 7 yrs old, but paying full retail value, I did expect better. Called to get contact for extra key fob, then was told they didn't have vendors in PA. In my opinion, all tires should have been replaced, 2nd key fob should have came with purchase and car should have been detailed. My bad. I told them I needed to think about it but felt pressured between my b/f and salesman. Again, my bad. I don't feel good about the purchase. When I asked what he'd give on my trade in he basically told me he wouldn't trade. I kept my Honda Crosstour with 180,000 miles, but well maintained and perfect body with no rust anywhere. I still drive Honda majority of the time to save the miles on the Lexus as I will keep until I find one without so many flaws. I didn't feel confident about the purchase, therefore, I choose not to drive it much. I wish I would have listened to my gut and walked away. When looking at the current book value, it is worth 7K less than what I paid (with tags, taxes and fees). Just added...the molding underneath the front bumper was damaged badly. It was secured with a rusty nail but can't find the hole it was drilled into.

They were always accessible for questions and forth coming with information.. they got me in what I wanted and had it fit my budget. I have been watching these vehicles prices like a hawk and Mac Cars was my first stop for shopping when I moved back to Delaware. I bought a 10' Toyota Highlander at an amazing price. Mac Cars is about their business and plays no games. Please go and check them out!
