Try getting someone to help you in this store - and all you'll hear is ," it's not my department." I ripped up my credit card after spending nearly an hour trying to get some help while a bunch of employees stood around talking and literally ignoring me. No customer service training whatsoever. There is not one person in that store that shouldn't be fired. I will never give that awful store a single penny of my business ever again.

Keep the 5-gallon water jugs stocked. Home Depot has no issues doing this.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Absolutely worst customer service there ever was! We purchased a refrigerator from them, the refrigerator came in damaged, it’s not Lowe’s fault, it’s not our fault. It just came in damaged. I’ve been going back and forth with the store and corporate to see what they could do for us! Corporate said we had to go back into the store and speak to them as they were not able to do anything. We went in on Sunday and one of the managers said that he would be able to return the damaged one and get us another one exactly like it. So we were okay with that. However, a couple of days later, they pick up the damaged one and we didn’t hear back from anyone at Lowe’s about receiving a new one. Again going back and forth with the store and corporate all day long to find out that they don’t have anymore of those fridges in stock. So I asked corporate and the store what they would be able to do for us since we have been without a fridge for 2 days. We have 2 little ones and our stuff from the fridge are starting to go bad! They didn’t compensate us, they weren’t even willing to give us another fridge for the price that we got this one at! To make matters worse the manager named Nahsir at the Hessler blvd location was very rude and impolite. Even starting the conversation I was calm and being polite but he just did not have good customer service at all! Overall, the worst experience I’ve had! Never shopping at Lowe’s again and you guys have lost a loyal customer! I will stick with good old Home Depot for everything from now on!

The manager Connor Lenahan was a great help! He assisted me greatly and help me find the product I needed! He also gave me some good information about how to apply for a lows credit card. He was kind, courteous, and patient with all of the customers.

I had a great experience buying paint at this location. The associate in the paint dept. was personable and helpful, led me to the product I needed for the job, and my paint was ready within minutes. Lowes tends to have much better sales on paint than Home Depot, so I'll always come here.

I like there prices. The curb side pick up was easy to the only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the customer service on the phone, but if you are just doing curbside or quick pick up check out it's great. The people customer service skills are subpar

i wanted a grill but online Travtot supply was $50 cheaper. They policy is they price match any retail store. Well after 2 managers. They refused to price match. No one knows what they are doing there. Trash service. for being a manager you should know how to do this. i called corporate on them and complained .

I called Lowe’s my store .. love this location , I go it Lowe’s every single day , I love each one of this Lowe’s location associates , they all are very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.. can’t complaint . Very satisfy with the customer service I received all the time, specially today from one the store manager by the name Connor ..❤️?? Lowe’s has everything I need at home . I always recommended to all my friends and family
