I like Lowe's much better than Home Depot. Lowe's has whatever you're looking for no matter your budget. Unlike Home Depot that only has one or two choices. The prices are right for me and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Maybe update your staff to actually have some type of familiarity with the type of products you sell. Use to at one time you really staffed your stores with people who use to work in the trades.

This Lowe's location always has ample parking & a clean lot. The employees are always cheerful, helpful & if they are unsure of what I am looking for or where to find it, they find the right person to assist me. I live near the Bear location, but prefer shopping at this Lowe's store.

We recently had a fence installed by a Lowes contractor. It took over for months to have this done from the time that a Lowes representative came to our home for a consultation to the time that the fence was installed. The person who delivered the wood said that he would not be able to get the wood on to our lawn and that the only place that he could leave it was on the parking space in front of our lawn. The wrong type of wood was delivered and the wrong style fence was installed. Several of the pieces of wood were warped, and had cracks on them. The lock gate lock was crooked and the fence was uneven. My husband had to call Lowes six times before we were able to have the contractor come back to re-do the fence. Now on the new fence, one of the beams has a crack on it, the gate does not close well and there is mold on several wood planks. When I asked the contractor about the mold he said " the wood comes from Lowes. It was probably sitting outside. That will wash away when it rains." Needless to say that it did not wash away. We have given Lowes all of our business and are extremely dissatisfied with the way that this situation was handled and with the quality of the work and materials that we received. This is our second bad experience with Lowes. There will not be a third.

Terrible service! I bought fencing there, the day it was supposed to be delivered we found out they sold the fence i paid for to someone else. I ordered doors from them, they said they would be ready on the 15th. Nobody called to say my order was ready. I called on the 21st to check the status, they tell me they don’t know when the doors will be ready, and they don’t know why nobody called me. I ordered flooring online to pick up in store. I get there and ask the lady at the desk if she knows if my order is ready. Without even asking my name or order number she says no, walks away, and never came back. Unfortunately i did all these orders at the same time so i didn’t know how incompetent this location was.

If you are looking for a nonchalant, rude, unprofessional, disastrous experience with buying an appliance, this is your store! After 10 days, 3 delivery dates, and numerous follow-up unproductive telephone calls, we still didn't receive our appliance. Lowe's is aware of their third party vendor that they use for deliveries as being "crappy" but they still use them. When we discussed our issues about the delivery team (who at one point called and stated that they were 15 minutes away, only to call back 30 minutes later and say that they were stopped by the cops and our item was being confiscated and for us to call the store about our product) with the manager, we were told "sorry you came into the store though it was nice to meet you , but this isn't our fault, XPO Logistics needs to compensate and do something about this." It was as if we hired the third party vendor ourselves and we were responsible for our item not making its way to our home. Terrible experience and rude management. It seems as if they have so many other sales that your one sale doesn't mean anything to their store. Instead of their slogan being "Do it right for less", it needs to be "Do it wrong for sure!"

[1134] 12/2020 Plenty of parking at this small Delaware Lowe's location. I stopped in to pick up an online order. The store was clean and nicely stocked and organized The staff was really friendly If I am in the area I would definitely visit again

It doesn't seem like anyone here really knows anything about home improvements and the type of equipment you might be looking for. You would expect someone to have some level of trade knowledge to work here but apparently not.

After spending about $10,000 at your store between cabinets countertops and appliances I didn't expect to be treated like this .. purchased a refrigerator last week to have it delivered Friday 1/11/19.. we received a call from the automated service last night stating it would be here between 8am and 12pm.. well that came and went .. so we called the delivery company and they stated that it was never loaded onto the truck .. so we called Lowe's after getting run around and transfer 3 times we were disconnected.. called back and asked for a manager .. He stated they don't have it at the store and won't be in until Monday and delivered Tuesday the 15th ... yet NO ONE from Lowe's was going to tell US this !!!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY LOWES !!!!! We waited around for NOTHING!!!!

First time at this Lowes location for an online order pick-up but will be my last. The moment I got to the pickup counter everything went wrong - Bad attitude, unhelpful, didn't want to be bothered, purposely made things as difficult as possible. Gave me the run around, having to go to multiple stops to get my order. After all that my order still was missing items, unbelievable. Really aggravated at this point due to the incompetence and bad attitude by frankly the entire crew at the service counter. There were 3 black girls two older and one younger one and one just as incompetent white girl who was just as bad. I don't know how this location survives with those geniuses running off customers. Making it a point not too return if I can help it. Talking with corporate and the store manager is to reach out. Well see what the resolve is.

Had a fence installed not pleased with the 11 inch gaps under my fence, the whole process was horrible this Lowe's has poor customer service, they assign you a project coordinator. Not once have I spoke to her within the 8 weeks I waited for the fence to be installed after being told it would be 3 weeks. Will never give any Lowe's company my business. Horriable experience THEY DONT CARE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY!!!! AVOID Having projects done through them

It's been 24 days since we came to this Lowe's to replace a patio door took a week for someone to come out and measure another week waiting for him to call in the measurements and now still waiting for them to write up an order to purchase the door! I'm sure it will be another couple of weeks before it will arrive and be installed I would not recommend this store maybe some of the others are more efficient!
