The staff are patient and willing to explain. They are busy so the last two times I visited, I couldn't get my car done because the wait was two hours at least and I couldn't leave my car.

Brian was great. He fixed my issues. Michael was great. (Not the manager).. he was off no issues with him. He set my appointment for me though. Good experience for my first visit.

Came here last night at 6 pm. They were supposed to close at 7. I was an hour away from home and got a nail in my tire. The employee said everyone in the shop had gone home. Really questioning how or why they were open if there was no one there to work on cars? I was hoping coming here would be the end of my stress but it took me four more hours and a tow truck to get home when if you had employees here when they were supposed to be I could be leaving an amazing 5 star review right now instead.

I came here about 1.5 months ago to get my front brakes completed and 2 new tires. (They did not have the tires in the store. They said it would be a few hours to come back. So I left. Got a call 15 minutes later that my car was ready for pick up ? waste of Uber money)
After service, I drove 15 minutes down the road and 2 sensors came on, Stability track and ABS (tire and brake sensor)
I came in to inform them about the issue and got a quote for about $263 but they would need to order the part.
I asked to pay for the parts so when I came back for service I wouldn’t have to wait potentially hours to wait for arrival. I was told they wouldn’t do that.
I’m here today, I came in and said I need the sensors done and added oil change.
The customer service agent put a “black tag” which means customer not waiting, so they didn’t come out to get my vehicle; he noticed after about 45 minutes; I specifically asked, did the parts come because I’m here for the sensors, he advised nothing could be done until the diagnostic, that it was $91, and they could do it now, at this point, been here hour and a half/ 2 hours
The other guy who says “he runs the place” tells me I needed a sensor plus something else and it was $600+
Again? I didn’t have any issue with these sensors until they did my brakes and tires.
As I’m writing this, I’m at the 4 hour mark of sitting here and my car isn’t completed
And the oil change is supposed to include tire rotation, 3 people who came after me and have all checked out did not receive their rotation because the agent didn’t put it on the work order.
I’m less than pleased and will not return.

This information and comment is only about mike who works there. Thank you again "MIKE"
Hello, while using a tesla daily in the city. I bought a volvo xc90 from carmax in June 2023. I detected a problem in the car. This problem was the steering wheel shaking when I pressed the brake. I reported this problem to Carmax and they told me that I was under warranty and they would repair it, then they sent it to Just tires kirkwood hwy location because they were very busy. Just tires replaced 4 brake rotors and pads on my car (odometer: 46k) and gave me a 24 month 24k mile warranty. I received my car and the brakes were fine. 11 months and 11k miles passed (I went to Texas twice and on the way back the same problem started again and a noise started coming from the rear wheel when I braked. I came home and the first thing I did was to get the car fixed without pulling it into my garage and I remembered that I had a warranty and I went to the same place. They didn't fix my car for a ridiculous reason and they kicked me out by cursing at me. So I reported the problem to carmax and they said they would take care of it. During that time I went to the just tires nee castle location near my house just to try my luck and there I met MIKE. During this process I was in fear because of such poor workmanship, disrespect and a brake system that was affecting people's lives, but MIKE was completely professional, helpful and responsible, he checked my car and did his best. The problem with the rear wheel was that a screw that was not tightened (torqued) was dislodged. The steering wheel shaking when the brakes are pressed is also a bad cheap use of after market. I still haven't received a call from "just tires". Only after a comment a robot writes a short feedback reply.

Made an appointment, including selecting my tires in the app. I get here and they tell me they don’t have the tires. In fact they don’t have any tires that will fit my car and can’t get any until Monday. The appointment scheduler is completely worthless.

I went to this location to get my tires serviced under warranty through them (For the third time in 3 years and the same tire) on Tuesday (yesterday). The service was for my front passenger side tire. They told me they did not find a leak even though my tire had been slowly leaking for a while I’ve just been dealing with it. They also told me that my tires’ stems were corroded and one broke as they were trying to unloosen it, understandable. I left the store and drove 15 mins away to work and by the time my shift was over my tire had lost about 15 psi in my driver side tire. I took it back today (Wednesday) and they proceeded to tell me they could not find a leak for about 2 hours. Then they finally said there was a nail in the tire and that the problem is resolved. I got back in my car and now, again my passenger side front tire said 18 psi. So I figured maybe I can just put some air in it and it would be fine. I did and when I stopped I immediately heard air hissing out of my tire. I called the location back and they said there was nothing they could do because they did everything in their power and there was no leak. I spoke to the manager and he assured me that there was nothing wrong with the tire and it absolutely had to be the stem (the one they damaged). When I got off work today my tire was completely flat. I just so happened to have some fix a flat in my trunk and I used it and it immediately resolved the problem. No hissing noise, no leaking and no extra money spent. I will NEVER be going to this location again as the mechanics are clearly untrained, unprofessional and they refuse to use logic. They were actually going back and forth in front of me about why the car was back today before they realized it was my car they were working on.

I went here twice, bothe times I had either a screw or a nut missing after their service was done, will not be returning and will never recommend. If I could zero stars I would. Save yourself the headache, time, money, and energy by finding a different shop.

LYFT drivers beware! I arrived with a flat tire in November. Zachary told me that he couldn't fit me in, because I didn't have an appointment. I advised him that it is a Lyft car and that I could wait. He goes on to say that Lyft won't get the flat fixed and that I have to pay for a tire, when he could fit me in. I advised him that he needs to contact Lyft. He refused. Charged me for a new tire. I went back last week for a flat in tire I bought in November, and dealt with a different person who called Lyft as he was supposed to. Lyft paid for the flat to be replaced. So Zachary lied to take my money.
