Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. Will NOT go back. I've always done my taxes on TurboTax but this year I decided to go to them to have them done. I went in on March 26th and I had to email a few documents which I did the same day. I could not get a response from them until April 10th after we called and were not very nice. Our taxes were still not done until April 12th. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. You have no idea what they're doing. Here it is over a month later and still no tax return. When I called to check the status, they told me they couldn't get into their system and would call me back. Still haven't received a call back or my tax return. I conveniently received an email from the state saying they received my state return on 5/21, over a month after filing??? Something is sketchy. Wouldn't recommend.

This place is a joke! The girls upfront wont even call you back for simple questions and are very unprofessional!

I’ve had my Tax Returns Prepared at The ATM Bottom Line for several years. They always do a great job for me. The tax preparer that I’ve always had do mine is Kelly. She does a excellent job on my tax returns. John Travis, Manager, and his staff, are all courteous. When my return was completed, I spoke to Vicky, she very courteous! I highly recommend The Bottom Line Tax Return Service! Tks! John B

There was an omission which was their mistake in filing. They promised to file an amendment but have not returned calls or replied to multiple emails. No ownership or sense of urgency. Not a good business to trust your finances to. Needless to say, we never used them again.
