We have been with Harley for many, many years. The service is outstanding and the staff is beyond amazing. Each and every person we have encountered has been pleasant, accommodating and genuinely kind. We will be with them for many, many more years to come.

You judge a company by their front line. In this case, the secretary/receptionist, is classless, rude and disrespectful. Might considering getting someone with manners.

To the public imagine I have been with this company for years..it so happen that I ordered oil Nov 25,2022 to be delivered which never did..no one calls to explain what was going on..so I called the following day to find out..Ms Harley laugh saying the driver will be there Nov 26,2022.. about 6p I call to find out they still coming and once again she told me the driver is on his way he’s held up in traffic..I laughed and said me too & I’m coming from Philadelphia..but while in traffic someone ran in my car back was in the ER etc..I think a week later I called to order oil again and she was giving me the run around then she stated that I wasn’t at home that day when they came to deliver so I’m at the bottom of the list..Firstly I apologize then I tried to explain the reason and she said which Hospital I was bcuz her sister is a charge nurse at Christiana Hospital blah blah blah..I then said to her I have been a valuable customer for years and I have a baby home it was a honest mistake can I just get some oil plz.She said to call back Tuesday.. I have been calling and no answer.. So My husband called she picks up and told him 5p & whats the address and he gave our address she then said ok between 6 & 9 pm and no one shows up..Like can someone heart be this COLD!! I don’t know how can a human a business person so heartless bcuz of a simple mistake..But will be filing a report to BBB.. for personal discrimination.and I might have an accent but don’t use it to determine who I am.. I am a very responsible person that works for the state of Delaware and finishing up law school.. I hope you find peace.. God Bless!

The one receptionist has the worst attitude , so miserable don’t understand why she even works if she is like that . Don’t recommend.

Plain and simply put, the best around. Harley Services is extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone taking extra time to answer all of your questions. Their prices are continually the most fair that I have experienced, and they arrive quickly. Harley Services keep up your good work and thank you for treating your customers honestly.

I used this company first time in Dec, 2022. The receptionist gave delivery guys wrong address so when I saw Harley Oil Truck next door, I immediately called the company, therefore, the very pleasant delivery man (who came over) apologized and said he was given wrong address and proceeded to pump my oil. Today, I called back to place an order for more oil. THE SAME PERSON (recognized that voice) was very rude and condescending, then, I asked what card did she have on file for me as oatment, again, she was rude and suggested I call back Monday. I advised her to cancel my order and I called and ordered from AWE OIL COMPANY. They’re always pleasant and will informed you if they’re unable to deliver on time. I called my sons and advised them to switch oil companies and gave them AWE OIL’s phone number.

They are a special company believe it. The service dispatchers and the drivers are so respectful and that’s what we want from a company. Family is how I feel about them I’ve been a customer for years.

If I could rate this less I would. They will get you in a heartbeat if you dont know the ins and outs of their business and then act like its your fault. I called to inquire about the price of 100 gallons of oil ($420). When told I asked if I could do a certain dollar amount instead of just ordering by the 100 gallons. They said yes and took $250 from me, not telling me that the price varies based on how much you buy, or how many gallons I would get. They delivered 40 gallons to my house. When I called today, the extremely rude woman on the phone told me that I could have gotten 200 gallons for $379. So for $129 more than I spent I could have gotten an additional 160 gallons!! All the rep had to do was say that in the first place and Id have done that. The woman then proceeded to tell me she was sorry I only had $250 to spend (which is obviously not true if Im calling back to get more) and have a good new year and hung up. This place will try to beat you as fast as they can and blame you for not knowing their business. DO NOT USE!Your reply is incorrect. I never once yelled at your receptionist. And all your initial rep had to do was mention that the price changes based on the amount you spend when I ordered it, or told me how many gallons I would be getting. Your receptionist was attempting to talk over me the entire time and even apologized that I was not told that after I repeated myself multiple times.. You could have offered me the option to make up the difference, instead ofnmaking me pay an additional $400 and bringing the total to over $600. The fact that you do not know what you could have done differently shows your lack of customer care so thank you for proving my point.Also, the assumption that the price doesnt vary based on amount you get is logical considering when you buy most things you dont pay a different amount based on how much you get and the price certainly doesnt drop by $40 and $50 for more. Consider gas, if I buy 1 gallon, or 20 gallons, the price is the same. Consider soda, you buy 1 pack, it may be $6. You but 10 packs, you may get them for $5 per pack, but you still have to spend more than $6; not if you buy 10 packs it cost you $5 total. I see you like to reply thinking that people cannot do so to you, but a simple edit allows them to rebut your claim. Ill happily post about my experience or twitter/facebook/etc. where you can reply by posting the recording of the phone call. Thanks

I was referred buy a friend for their pre-buy program and I was little leery at first because I had been with my other company forever but I'm glad I made the move. I was able to get enough oil for the whole season at a much lower price and Holly was very informative and seemed like she was very economically aware and wanted to help any way she could.

I love this company and it's the only company that I've ever dealt with that will deliver a dollar amount as opposed to a specific amount of gallons. This can be very beneficial if you are on a tight budget and can't afford a specific number of gallons. I know it has helped me several times. Thanks Harley!
