“I only joined a few weeks ago and am glad I did. They do take Silver Sneakers, so if your healthcare offers it, it's a total win! They have a large inventory of equipment with over 60 stations. There is always a place to get er' done. They have an Olympic size pool with swimming lanes and can even accommodate competition. There is a working jacuzzi and steam room. What I like the most is the warm shallow therapy pool. It is about 15' by 60' and a great place for light workouts or just floating around. All the members I met so far have been polite, and the staff is helpful. I gave it a 5 star because it exceeds my needs and is free to me!”

“Best gym I've ever been to hands down its massive everyone's friendly and willing to give pointers. This aint ur average joes gym it makes commercial gyms look like wimps. Highly recommend checking his place out. yall won't regret it.”
