Does not have specific time sometimes they change the pin every hour until 4:pm sometimes every two hours sometimes they change wear and clothes in same time sometimes not but the bad experience it was when the manager kicked a man and abused him without any respectful in front of the people and no one care that really disappointed.

This place is nice. You got to pick through it and take your time but you can find good stuff if you know what your doing. There's a staff member I believe named Ramon and he is awesome! I think that's his name, he's a bald black guy with glasses. He's always super respectful and keeps the trashy unruly people in line and in there place. We tend to bring our kids, well lots of customers don't care about the kids but he does. Customers will straight try to run them over and walk right through them. He will kick them out the store if they do something out of line. Which I respect and like alot. He's also super nice and knows us well. He will help us find a cart and will guide us when needed. One manager lady is hit and miss. There's been times where she was so unprofessional and unpleasant, I had no clue how she still had a job. Anyone that speaks bad on Ramon in the reviews though are one of the bad people I spoke on in this comment. Period. Without him this store would be completely different. He makes our shopping experience pleasant and worth while and I thank him for that. We come through and spend on average $300 a trip and will keep coming back. If you can get past the rude people from foreign countries being there and the entitled people that come through, this place isn't that bad. Yeah you get them people that come and spend $50 or $100 and think they should be treated like royalty and that rules shouldnt apply to them. But people will be people, especially in this area. The people definitely get a bit crazy and a little much but other than that it's okay.

This Good Will Outlet, overall has a wave of good items that comes in/out of the retail storefront throughout the day except 4 pm today. The floor manager was awesome; she helped explained the process a bit more since I was a first timer (almost a last-timer but she saved the day). However, the entitled, disrespectful cashier, Ramon, needs to learn from his manager and go back to formal customer service classes nearly destroyed my shopping experience and make me turn back everything I thought I scored and had in my basket, plus a few bags. So this is what happened;Ramon announced that shoppers needed be behind a white pole/ column. Note there are over three (3) between the front door and the last cashier (right side). I was between columns 2 & 3 behind the red lines, near the electrical outlet. Note, previously, I was told that it was okay to be behind the red lines (further away from the cashiers and the flow of customers checking out). As I was I sitting by the only electrical outlet where I was testing out 1) germ/UV machine and 2) desk lamp; Roman yelled “I’m not letting anyone go (shop) until everyone was behind the white pole”.Seconds later, shopper ran to the other side where the new donations were added to the left side of the store. Ramon yelled at me and I was looking down not thinking that he was talking to me. And then I looked up to see all shoppers except me were running to the other side. I said I thought you said you were going to let shoppers go and then he yelled further to tell me to get to the other side of the pole (ie 1 more pole/column). I stopped testing the germ machine and stood up up to moved 2 heavy carts, two filled soft laundry bags and my personal jacket. He embarrassed me and belittled me by barking at me.I hastily moved everything including myself then moved this crate I was sitting on to test the workability of and sort my items; I used my foot to slide it back where I found it. Ramon said that he would tell his manager and kick me out the store. A gentleman tried to talk to this “power deprived cashier” who ran to tell the manager that I kicked the crate and whatever else. If this store was ever ran by Roman, I will never shop there again. Thanks to the manager, I was able to find a space behind the pole where customers had two lanes full of baskets full of stuff. I parked the two baskets plus other soft containers in the area - I blocked other carts to squeeze into the targeted area where Roman was yelling at me to go.There are ways to talk to people and then there’s a way NOT to talk to customers. I almost lost interest in spending my money at this establishment and save myself over $95 (nearly 117 pounds). Roman you were barking at a professional, educated woman. On the surface, I may have looked like I am a person who needs the stuff in my carts - you judged the book wrong, sir!

Essentially just go here expecting for a terrible experience. You want to bring gloves and a mask(if you have allergies to pets). Going in expecting the staff to be the way they are and the disgustingness of the place, you will be fine. I would also expect to not find anything good, that way when you do find something good, you're satisfied with your experience here. Obviously people will be obnoxious and selfish with searching the bins that's just how humans work. Stop complaining about the inevitable and do what you need to do to thrift. Luckily the management changed a few months ago from having people wait outside for the new flip, to keeping them indoors and flipping the item side and clothes side separately. I have almost always found at least one thing that I want to take home from here, so it is still a great place to find the goods. Especially since the bins are reset every hour and a half or so. I suspect the staff deal with a lot of difficult people, which leads to why they are so immediate with their aggression. Just don't think much of it and keep coming back to find clothes and donate to charity.

1st if there’s bins there not anything good once they restock the bins everyone runs and takes everything good 2. There’s a lady cashier dark, glasses and she is just the rudest person ever I dropped a ball on accident and it went rolling under bins and I ran to get it before anyone took it and there was no one were the ball was so I ran thinking I was fine but then she just yelled on the top of her lungs DONT RUN! Then I grabbed it and she said don’t play with the ball if you’re not going to buy it she said it in a rude voice 3. There’s this other goodwill and they put there stuff in aisles super decoration everyone is nice nothing sharp but the bottom of the bins there is glass and I got cut i would like for them to check the bins to see if there’s anything sharp overall 1/10 don’t recommend going to this goodwill

What used to be a wonderful place to shop is now the experiment of some clueless corporate mind, everything about this place has been ruined, the greed of goodwill is unsurpassed, don't let them fool you, they are all about the money not doing services for the needy or the local community. This is a ruthless greedy corporation, don't give them your money, besides all they sell is trash anymore.

Called the store after hours, expecting a voicemail, but someone answered to tell me that the place was close didn’t let me ask a question, she was very rude and disrespectful. If the store is close she shouldn’t have answered the phone!?

What an experience! There are people sitting outside this store all over the place ? Once you get past all folks ( respect) and their looks you are greeted with what looks like large plastic bins full of junk items that people dump in recycle bins or stuff not sold at other stores . No idea about how the price system works here because there are no signs or labels on items . I picked up a picture frame which fortunately had a $5 label but when I got to the cashier she requested I put it on the scale ?(which is not marked) or clearly apparent to the first time shopper. What the heck I thought ? A frame on a scale like you are buying meat, fish or produce ? I put it on the scale and wondered what would happen next but once she saw the result on the scale she changed her mind and asked for $5 which was the price tag in the item anyway . I have never ever seen a thrift store so disorganized and trashy as this one . Never again I’m afraid !

DONT BOTHER GOING IN HOPES OF GETTING ANYTHING GOOD. The same handful of people run in grab everything while their parter gets carts and within 30 seconds 80% of the stuff is in carts. Then they go through and decide what they wanna keep or throw back, it's completely unfair, their carts will literally be 5ft tall then they throw 85% back and keep the snice stuff. It should be you put it in your cart you gotta buy it, if you don't you're banned, stop they few people from taking everything good.

I showed up at 10:20 a.m and they had people just standing outside in the feeezing cold!!! The website and door says we open at 10:00am. It is cruel and not worth it to have humans standing out in the freezing when we are the reason Goodwill is even in business!!!!!! . That is horrible customer service. No customers no business. Won’t be back

I really like this Goodwill Outlet! They always have great finds and paying by the pound is super affordable. All the bad reviews are by people who don’t understand that this particular location is the outlet/bins - it’s supposedly to have rotations and it’s not a formally organized store. It’s the last stop for Goodwill items before they are basically discarded.
