I love the furniture there. Wanted to purchase a sofa and chair but was hounded by some woman. Every time i turned around there she was. I politely told her i would let her know when i needed something but she just kept saying no worries and was there at every turn so we left.

I can’t say enough about the customer service we continue to receive. I highly recommend Furniture Barn and will be going there for my future furniture needs.

Live in Philly and needed an accent chair for my apartment so I went to Furniture barn. They had a wide selection to choose from and I was able to take my time and find the one that suited me. They offered to deliver the furniture, but I was able fit the chair in my SUV and because of that didnt have to pay sales tax. If I ever need furniture I'm going back to furniture barn.

Just leaving this furniture barn 9/1/2022 at 11:42am. I walked in this ready to shop and did not get any assistance for 20 mins. Two people were at the front desk when I walked in and didn’t not open there mouth to greet me. Then no one came to assist or welcome or say can I help you like normal non racist furniture stores. So by the time I walked back up from a sale person was there helping 2 white ladies and the other lady at the front desk was chatting away with 2 other who’re ladies. They were not in the store when I arrived. When I walked out no one still said a word. I will never spend my money here again and i might as well close myFurniture barn account. Just crazy

We were very impressed. Way bigger than expected! 3 floors of inventory. They only received 4 stars because they didn't have many large sectionals, which is what we were looking for.

I bought my furniture here back in the 90s. They had quality furniture back then at a decent price. Haven't been since Covid but in 1999/2000 when I moved into my house, I was shopping for beds for two rooms for the kids(then 7 -John's were 5&9) I wanted a lift bed that was bigger than a single. I couldn't find one and the bunk/lift beds that were available were either -super basic no frills no fluff- basically thin metal bars & foam mattress---or too high end - (think princess and the pea) way too much fluff n stuff - not what I wanted so I ended up building the lift bed myself. However, every time I have ever find into this store- the sales people are not pushy. They actually have need space to do around and didn't try over selling. And they have beautiful decorations. I definably recommend this store. They stand behind three furthermore they sell as being good quality.

Sooooo happy hubby and I got our new sofa set here! Great customer service! The location was not obvious but I'm glad! I want this to be our secret furniture place. Prices aren't ridiculous!!! I'd definitely come back ??

The location maybe small looking from the outside but inside it is packed with treasures. Took my wife here to find a new reclining sofa and we did just that. The selection and options are great so it can be a little difficult to make a decision.

Great prices and selection. Team is knowledgeable. If you don't see what you're looking for, they can order from many manufacturers and give realistic delivery estimates and a good discount off list price.
