"I do not recommend this company in any way. Before using their services, check reviews on Reclame Aqui and other consumer protection websites. In addition to their negative reputation in Brazilian forums, the company is neither verified nor has trustworthy reviews. There are numerous reports from consumers warning about scams, with purchased goods being improperly appropriated.
The company is not registered (CNPJ) in Brazil, which significantly complicates resolving issues through legal channels. Recently, there have been frequent reports of customer accounts being blocked under unproven fraud allegations. This practice results in the arbitrary withholding of goods purchased by customers. Furthermore, communication channels, such as chat and email support, simply stop responding, making any negotiation or resolution impossible.
As a U.S.-based company, Brazilian consumers face significant obstacles in seeking redress, especially due to the lack of legal representation in Brazil. In my case, I have suffered losses since March and have yet to resolve the issue. Even worse, I recently discovered that items I purchased and paid for were listed on eBay—a highly questionable practice that could constitute misappropriation under Brazilian Penal Code (Article 168) and consumer protection laws.
To Brazilian consumers, remember that according to the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), service providers are obligated to honor contracts and deliver purchased goods (Article 35). And in the United States, legislation such as the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the Federal Trade Commission Act protects against unfair and fraudulent business practices.
Do not fall into this trap! I learned the hard way and hope my experience serves as a warning. They blatantly stole my orders."

No more business with fishisfast. They are couple of employees and they complicate the shipment process for no reasons, you end up paying storage fees. Many other company are more flexible.

The parcels arrived in about 3.5 weeks on the way. Everything is intact, only one pair of sneakers came in a box, although I checked for it without a box. The rest is in complete order, very well assembled and equipped

I recommend never dealing with them. Very bad services. Some products that do not violate their policies are refused to be shipped, depending on their mood, without any justification. The shipment was also detained, refused to return to the merchant, and they were required to ship it to another place and pay $60. Scam. I requested it to be shipped to forward2me and they shipped it to me directly and I received it, which proves that fishisfast works according to their mood.

A bad company. They meddle in things they have nothing to do with, and they ask for strange requests that no one else can handle. I dealt with them for 4 years, and after the complication, I stopped working with them. They are far better than them.
