Great store and outstanding customer service. I brought some guns in to be cleaned due to me a having a bad wing. They did a great job, explained what they did and even helped take them to the truck. They had every supply, accessory and more ammo then I've seen anywhere else.

I was a first time gun buyer and Brenden was absolutely amazing - he helped me select the perfect pistol, he took hours instructing me on safety - and was beyond patient, kind and helpful. I would give this shop 10 stars if I could!

I was here last weekend and didn’t have any idea of what I wanted. Jack was very informative and helped me through the whole process. I was going to the range after and he helped me get all of the necessary equipment for the range. I appreciated all of his help. There’s a great group of people here who are all very knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning.

In the store on 12/29. New Canik Mc9 tagged at $470.00. Called 12/30 and said I’d be in after work to purchase, price increased to $549.00. Permanently lost my business.

Knowledgeable staff. Quality stock. It is not physically possible to cram more merchandise into such a small building. There are a couple gun shops in New Castle, but there's really only one....

I don't understand why the bad rating, these guys are far more kind and willing to help and answer all questions than any gun store I been to, they would stand there and let you hold every gun if you have to. These people are amazing and I'm a proud firearm purchaser from them, I'll always go back for any questions or help with any firearm. Thank you to the whole firearm team over there, you guys are the best of the best!

I had never touched a firearm until being carjacked while doing gig work in Philadelphia earlier this year. I knew little about firearms before then, but the staff were very informative and helpful. If this wasn't enough, they connected me with an instructor to teach me the laws, how to use handguns and attain my concealed carry license in multiple states. I highly recommend them.
