Adapt Health and Young’s Medical went out of their way to follow my oxygen orders and help me to understand them. Great work except through so many different people on so many different numbers. Think we have it sorted out.

Austin was great with my mom and I. She's recovering from a stroke and I couldn't fix her much needed bed rail. I will be able to sleep tonight knowing I won't have to watch over her while,she sleeps. Thank you again Austin!

Joe is my delivery guy . He is on the ball ! Very polite, and helpful and was concerned about me when I didn't answer his call. He knows I òalways answer right away. Thank you for all your help Joe ,and Adapt Health .Joe knows my health needs,and makes sure I have what I need. Joe also recommends things that I need to ask my Dr. To write a script for something I may need,or should have. Joe even checks my equipment to make sure its running good and set where it needs to be. I'm very happy with Joe ! He is a wonderful Tech ! and young man. Thank you Joe,and thank you Adept health.

I was called to say that they would notify me of the time of delivery of oxygen. They scheduled delivery of 3 small tanks, however, they delivered 2 larger tanks. They did not call before delivery. Later the same day I was texted that a technician would deliver oxygen that evening. I did not need more so I emailed them that. Confusing.

The delivery was prompt. The tech, Aaron was great. He set up the pulse-ox machine and showed me how to set parameters, etc.
