I was having issues with my cars performance and explained what had been going on at my courtesy check appointment but when I first dropped off my keys I was immediately told it was the transmission and that they wouldn’t be able to do anything but that they will check anyways. I waited outside in 97 degree weather after driving across state lines with my car barely making it to 45 mph and when I came back after they called me 45 minutes later my vehicle was in the same spot and I knew they hadn’t checked it especially since I wasn’t given any other information like I had at a previous appointment in a different location and I was told the same exact thing as before. It wouldn’t be a month later when a faint engine light turns on that I was finally able to figure out it was two sensors that was the issue since autozone requires you’re engine light to be on for the diagnostic tool but the one i went to that time didn’t even ask and let me do it myself just handed it to me. Just don’t go by yourself if you’re a girl or look like one.

I personally would not recommend I only went because they were the closest at the time to where I live went in for a check engine light and 1,542 dollars later I end up paying for a cooling system pressure test 31.99 diagnostic engine analysis 111.14 fuel injection tank and filler neck water pump thermostat serpentine belt and labor cost totalling 807 dollar's and all this right before Christmas so go figure I think I was charged the high because I'm a woman who doesn't know much about car's.

Gage took my phone call. Very down to earth, friendly and helpful! I called in after picking up some fresh tires elsewhere and was calling around for good install prices.Super affordable tire install (they’re about $10 cheaper than pepboys at the time of this review) and they even top off fluids (included) and checked my brakes.Gage also did the install. Whole team I interacted with were pleasant and friendly! I can tell everyone here gets along and communicates well with each other.I was told they were a little short staffed but I couldn’t tell. As a walk in customer I’m just happy they could take me :)I got here 6 minutes after calling in. Jeremy is who helped me when I arrived. Very clear and friendly customer service. I felt at home right away and this was my first time here. There were a few people waiting when I arrived so didn’t expect to have the car done quickly.Johann assisted me for the rest of my time here. Super friendly and charismatic. Helped me get some prices for future reference. He also helped me understand all the services available here as I inquired about various things.Overall I would definitely recommend this location for anyone. It is mid to late afternoon on a Thursday. For reference. They got me in relatively quickly and were always available to help even while juggling phone calls and other customers walking in.Thank you Gage, Jeremy and Johann!

almost 2 years has gone by and still no-one reached out to apologize for their mistake. so every year i will edit my review to make sure its recent, so that people know not to trust these guys.My brake calipers needed to be changed and at the time i did not know anything about vehicles. Also having a Canadian plate didn't help either because the garage knew to screw me over and there wasn't a thing i could do about it.So i paid $2,500.00 for my front brake calipers.I also let these guys know that my wife and i were on a honeymoon and would appreciate a break but they did not care.Once i returned home, my mechanic told me this repair should have only costed a maximum of 600 CAD. So you can imagine the disgust i have with this garage.I have made it a mission of mine to make sure no-one i know to ever take their vehicle here.

Absolutely the WORST had my brakes done here paid $968 the brakes were not done correctly now. They want to charge me another $430 at this point I’m convinced they make up prices. The manager sucks at this location and they tell you one price one day then give you another the next day.

I want to start this review off by saying that this review is strictly due to the "store manager" TJ and not Firestone themselves, after we are finished getting everything resolved I will be more than willing to take my review down. In the mean time I do think it is very important to warn everyone of this man and suggest using the Firestone on Kirkwood Hwy until his ego can get checked. My journey with TJ starter on Friday December 22nd, typically my husband and I order our tires off of Tire Rack and pick them up and have them installed, unfortunately we were using a Firestone credit card so everything had to go through the store. My husband called up the Firestone on New Castle Ave last Friday to ensure that the tires we wanted could be ordered, my husband had the displeasure of speaking with TJ that day. The first big issue we had run into was that TJ as simply as I can put it doesn't want to do his job at all, TJ asked for the year, make, and model of our vehicle, my husband gave it to him and the first thing he told my husband that our vehicle wouldn't fit in their bays. That was the first lie that TJ thought was appropriate to say to my husband, the reason we know this to be a lie you may ask? My husband and father took our vehicle to this location earlier this year to replace a tire that had gone bad so our truck has already been in their bays, TJ then asked multiple times for a part number off of Tire Rack even though my husband told him that he couldn't find it on the site. However my husband gave him the exact name of the tires and the exact size, he told my husband he understood and that my husband that he needed to come in to do a down payment on the tires and husband left to do some the minute they got off the phone. Our appointment was today but a little bit earlier this week my husband had called to see if we could could also add on an oil change, I wish I could remember the gentleman who my husband spoke with he was very helpful, kind, and he listened and he helped get it set up as well. My husband took our vehicle over there this morning and my husband confirmed the size of the tires 3 times to make sure they were 33s, and 3 times TJ confirmed they were 33s. Someone called around noon to say the truck was ready to pick up so my husband went to go pick it up. When my husband arrived he noticed that the tires looked a little small so he asked the guy who was checking him out if they were 33s, TJ chimed in and said yes they were 33s. My husband paid and went outside and looked at at the size of the tires, low and behold they were 31s not 33s so my husband went back in and confronted them about lying about the size. At that time TJ decided to lie again to get out of taking responsibility saying my husband gave him the wrong part number, after telling him he couldn't find a part number previously. My husband was trying to remain calm and took a deep breath, when my husband did this TJs exact words were "breathing ain't gonna help you." And continued to try to antagonize my husband in many ways including trying to make himself bigger by pumping his chest to try to intimidate my husband, and having one of his employees come out acting like he was going to touch my husband. My husband asked for a manager and he said he was the manager so my husband asked for the number to corporate. TJ once again lied and instead of giving him the number to corporate he gave him the number to warranty, not quite sure what he expected that result to be but my husband ended up speaking to them. I didn't believe this man was any type of management so I called the store and long story short he yelled at me to call corporate.when my husband had gotten home he told me that we were charged for the oil change but there were a few problems with that. The first problem is they didn't reset the oil gage and they didn't put a new sticker up saying when we need to go back to get another oil change, due to the lies TJ told during this we don't believe an oil change was actually d

Before I start this review, I want to say that my experience at this location has normally been good, until today with the new store manager, TJ. On September 24, I came in to get an oil change and tires. Gage (who is amazing) quoted me $100 for the tires, with a $20 discount for using my store card. I've been using Firestone exclusively since 2017.Today, on the day I had to bury my godfather, I had to deal with TJ's piss-poor attitude. When I walked in, I told him I had an appointment for an oil change and tires. He said, "Oh, your price is wrong. It's going to be $140 for the tires instead of $80." I asked why, and he said because I have low-profile tires. I drive a Pathfinder and my tires are 267/65/18. For those who don't know, a low-profile tire has an aspect ratio under 50. Mine is 65. I don't like to be scammed or taken advantage of.So, I told him not to worry about the tires and that I could get them done elsewhere. But I spoke to my wife and we have been taking our four cars here because she trusts them to do the work because they have always been honest at this location. So, I went to my SUV and got the quote from Gage and showed it to him. He said that the quote had been done incorrectly. Mind you, I worked at Pepboys through college and I'm no pro, but I know that Gage did everything correctly.I told TJ that I was just going to reach out to corporate and have them adjust the price. At this point, he made a threatening comment. He said to me, "If you're calling corporate, I'm not letting them put the tires on because all corporate is going to do is make me refund it." I was appalled. You should never tell a customer something like that. That is poor customer service and I will not put up with it anymore.
