I dropped off an overnight package at Commons Blvd yesterday, and this morning find out that it was "cancelled" ????It ended up getting to the destination on time, but I suffered anxiety due to the tracking system failure

I'm highly recommending to never in life use fed-ex. I have been waiting on a package for 3 days for which the tracking has been saying its out for delivery???? I try to call and only get a dumb automation system. I cant get anyone on the phone. This is the worst ever! If you want to actually receive your package, use UPS or USPS

my delivery was delayed, then lost. Attempts to resolve issues with customer service was a disaster. All of the customer service reps that I talked to had a heavy accent and difficult to understand and converse with. I was told that they would prioritize my delivery, and the status was never updated. when asked to talk to a manager to help resolve the issue, I was not allowed.Bottom line, very poor service and customer service.

FedEx is worst than Amazon when it comes to delivering packages. This is the 2nd time i'm experiencing the same issue. They say that they delivered your package and at a specific time. And there is no delivery completed. What they fail to realize is that I have cameras and can see when they arrive. I don't think that they should have drivers who don't know where they are gone or doesn't use GPS themselves. I'm about to put in a lawsuit on them. They are ridiculous.

FedEx driver was not delivering my package. I had a package that was supposed to be deliver a week ago. I checked my cameras and saw that driver arrive and not get out the FedEx truck. Mark my package as incorrect address and drive away. This happened 4 times. I called to pick up my package and they wouldn’t release it, unless I had a letter to prove my address. Please deliver my package or call the number if you have any questions.

Had an item dropped off from West Coast to East Coast on December 1st. FedEx scanned that they were in possession of the package. They decided to just hold the package there for six (6) days before actually sending it out.Cut to 12 days later, 6 full days after the original delivery date, it says it's out for delivery. Great. I stay home all day waiting for it. Then I see that there was an attempt to deliver just three minutes prior to searching, but my business is closed.Neat.Except I'm a residential house, and my security cameras on my driveway and at my doors picked not a single thing up. I called FedEx and they refused to help. I asked for a supervisor and they refused saying there were none and they weren't going to escalate this.Now I'm refusing delivery just on the principal. This is why FedEx is complete and total trash. Had a very similar experience with the last two times as well. Would not recommend FedEx to anyone unless it was to infuriate someone.If it's time sensitive don't use these clowns.

Nice person working behind the counter. Brought a pre packing / labeled item in to ship out. They also had a bunch of packaging items there. Close to I95 as well. Good experience.

Terrible service. One of the employees was locked out of their computer for a half hour. They were each talking about how bad FedEx is. I was told my package was here at 6 PM and even called to verify but there was no package.

There was nobody behind the counter for at least 10 minutes. I tried calling the customer service line, but all I got from them was recordings and not getting me to a real person. When that employee finally did come out, he told me that he couldn’t ship my package.

Every single day for a week my package is scanned onto a truck for delivery and every single day it gets scanned right back into the shipping facility again. Zero delivery attempts have been made and no signature is required. Why are you so damn incompetent? I hope this company goes bankrupt. Absolute garbage customer service on the phone as well. Im appalled that people still ship through this tragedy of a company.
