Last time I was here was about a two years ago.It was a young man named Pauli he usually works at the Wilmington location my experience with him was remarkable.I found out he no longer works for the company.It seems the stores going down since then.I came in the other night to purchase a phone they was not helpful at all.

My husbands cell wasnt working at our new home with his current provider. The Newark location was closed so we went to New Castle. Khouri was amazing. She got his number ported and all how data transferred to his new phone. She reviewed the account and made sure he had the best plan based on his needs. She was incredible!

I haven't had many issues with cricket in the Years that I've been with them. Last year I added my son to my plan and recently his phone stopped charging. I have spent Literally All Morning on the phone getting bounced back and forth! Sent to websites and transferred all over the place. Yet and still my child's phone is not working and I'm still getting the runaround. I just want to use my protection plan that I paid for to get my child a new phone that is covered under warranty. The fact that they are making this so difficult is making me regret the years that I have been with this company. I'm about to just cancel both lines and go to metro PCS or AT&T ?????

Went there around 5pm this evening and a young female was working by herself. There was another family that was there before me and when she had a moment, she greeted me with asking what I needed. No hello, no enthusiasm. I asked her if they sold phone cases for my phone model. She asked what type of phone I had and I informed her I wasn't sure and showed her my phone. She goes over and asked if it was the same as a particular phone that was a demo. It wasn't and she quickly brushed me off with a "no". I informed her that I bought my phone from there and asked if they would have it in stock later. She simply responded with, "nope". No offer to order it or any other suggestions to assist. If you can't handle handling only 2 customers, why are you employed in customer service? I don't care how young you are. I won't be going to this location again.

the staff only tries to be nice so they can sell phones that break in a few weeks the staff chooses the best for themselves and give is customer s scrap metal.then I had insurance and each time my phone crashed or stopped coming on they said it wasn't covered because someone must of deleted my insurance by mistake and they can't see who or when.This place is a hustle do your self a favor and never come here trust me .
