Such a great decision! I had to find a towing company quickly, and by chance, I went with Craig's Towing. There was great communication, quick and excellent service, and because he is affiliated with my mechanic, payment was reasonable, easy, and fast. I would definitely encourage friends, family, and strangers to this service. Should I need a towing company in the future, I am sure I will use Craig's Towing!

Absolutely the best service we've ever had with any towing service. Awesome father / son duo! Don't hesitate...these guys are top notch and know the ropes.....and are very reasonably priced. Don't hesitate l, give them a call if you need towing services.

This is my first experience having to get my car towed on my own and they made it super easy and it was all at a price I wasn't thrown back by. Really helps to know my car wasn't going to be abandoned on the side of the road, I had my car back right where I told them to put it without even having to be there.Really great service, would recommend for anyone who hasn't had to get a tow before.Service: Car towing

Needed to get a toolbox transported on Saturday, my Snap-on rep recommended them as they've moved large toolboxes for him. I called on Monday to get it setup, talked to someone I think it was Craig, very nice guy, said he could do it Sat morning and to call back Friday. Called back Friday morning and talked to him and he asked me to text him the address of the pickup and drop-off and he would call me back as soon as he's not driving anymore. Never got a text or a call back I was completely ignored all day. I texted and called many times and left two voicemails and still never heard anything back. I did get an answer once around 2pm and explained to whoever answered that I was waiting for a call back from Craig and he said he was right there and would let him know to call me back, but never got a call back or anyone to answer the phone for me after that. My plans to get the toolbox relocated Saturday were completely ruined for me and for the other party that needed the toolbox removed that day.Not exactly sure why I never heard anything back, but it doesn't matter to me if they're too busy or just decided they didn't want the job anymore, I would've appreciated to know either way so I could have someone else do it instead. It's just unprofessional as a business to leave anybody hanging like that.I will not be doing business with these folks again and will let my Snap-on rep know about my experience too.

Craig helped us out when other tow companies said they could not. We previously called 2 or 3 companies prior to calling Craig. Both him and his son worked together to get my car out and I couldn’t be anymore thankful. They were prompt, respectful, and hard working. It's people like Craig that restore my faith in humanity. I was in a tough spot (as a lot of us are right now due to the pandemic) with my class b rv van stranded and other companies wanted an exorbitant amount ($400 +) to move it less than a tenth of a mile. Craig was kind, professional and showed up within minutes. He even looked under the hood to see if he could help start it and helped push it to get it loaded on the flat bed. Amazing. Best towing experience ever, I didn't think any towing experience was a good one. Cost was very cheap compared to other places, the service the son provided was very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this business if you run into any problems with your car.
