Super professional, understanding and thorough. They place an emphasis on what you want to do and counsel without force. I received several free consultations free of charge. Thats a value you don't often find in this day and age. They are very knowledgeable and assure you that they are there only if and when you need them. No pressure. They were recommended to me and now I recommend them to all of you. You can't make a better selection.

I would give zero Stars if that was an option . I doubt with a Latino salesman who in the beginning was great at being just that a Salesman . But like those sketchy car dealers that talk a big game to get you into a car and halfway home the engine blows up this was the same kind of salesman . First after telling me my furniture would be delivered soon it took forever I had to keep calling to check up on it. After getting my bedroom set I noticed one of the dressers was scratched really bad and one of the drawers sat totally lopsided and for the price I was paying that wasn't acceptable. When I went back to speak with the salesman about fixing the problem he got a really poor attitude sticking his nose up at me like he was better than me or something . He referred me to the manager who referred me back to the salesman and after they kept me going around in circles a bunch of times I got fed up with it and stopped trying . But if you want to spend your money on quality stuff that would be the place to go if they had better workers than that guy . Do better

I had the best purchase experience today and my salesperson was Greg.First, no one approached me and I was able to look around on my own. (Which is exactly what I wanted to do). Then Greg approached and I said I was looking. He let me look. Then I found him w my questions. Perfect gentleman and very professional. I made a purchase and the entire experience was fabulous. Thank you very much Greg.Also I have purchased all furniture in the last 30 years at Cohens and I am extremely satisfied.

Wasim the GM is a rude j**** He was abrupt when speaking to me and would not give me his last name and hung up on me when I was speaking and trying to resolve an issue. The furniture I ordered was suppose to take 10-12 weeks and it was going to take 23 weeks. I cancelled the order 9 weeks before it was to be made and shipped. Cohen said they couldn't call and cancel and refused to return my down payment or part of it! I will not ever shop at Cohen again and will not recommend them ever to anyone who asks me where to buy furniture. If I were the owner I wouold give Wasim some trainging in customer relations! He reallt needs it. He forgets that it is customers pay his salary and that a Happy customer might tell 2 people but an unjhappy customer will tell dozens!

if i could give the a 0 star I would. AWFUL service, poor quality of furniture, I have called everyday about my couch being broken no call back. Every time i call they say no one is available to help me. I am surprised they are still in business. Save your money and your time. You can get better quality furniture at a better price. Please believe the reviews its a SCAM!!!!

Having the same bad experience getting our money back from an order we never received. Item was order in November of 2020. They are not giving us a refund. Next step is small claims, these people are stealing peoples money.

On December 4, 2020 I ordered and PAID ALMOST $3,000 FOR a bedroom set. At that time, COVID was raging. "Peter" at Cohen said delivery would be 8 to 12 weeks. After 11 weeks I called Cohen's to find out when I could expect it and they said they had no idea. Couldn't even give me a guess. I told them I wanted to cancel. They said you had to come into the store to cancel. That's nonsense. Instead, I disputed the charge with the credit card I used. After explaining the situation to them, they credited my account and sent a notice to Cohen's that they were doing so. Cohen's replied, in writing, that they had promised 12 weeks and it had only been 11 weeks. Sleezy. Conveniently, they didn't mention that they could not say when I'd get it. Cohen denied my cancellation, citing uncertainty caused by COVID. As previously stated, COVID was absolutely RAGING when they promised 12 weeks. After 14 weeks, with no delivery, no phone call, no apology, no new shipping date, no explanation.... only SILENCE by Cohen... I again contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and cancel the order. They agreed that Cohen was well beyond their PROMISED delivery date of 12 weeks, with NO EXPECTED DATE, and absolutely no contact whatsoever by them to me, so they again credited my account. So far, no response or contact of any kind by Cohen. Simple situation... I had a contract with Cohen. I gave them $3,000.00, in return for delivery of furniture within 12 weeks. They didn't deliver. They violated the contract. How reputable, honest, and fair to the customer is that? It's now been almost 22 weeks after they promised delivery in 8 to 12 weeks. No delivery. No new delivery date. Not a single contact from them to explain or apologize. BEWARE !!! BEWARE !!! If you buy here, you've been warned.

I order a furniture was told 10 weeks so I was call and say they got the love seat. 5 months in so because of covid I wait and. went there and was told it would get both piece an the 27 of February. if I dont get it to come for my money then I waiting only to get the love seat and not the other so I send it back and went for my money only for the manager William to be disrespectful ask for corporate number he say he dont have it ill get a check in 7 -10 days he dont have the password to put it back on my card never again.dont buy from them
