Went there to get a Uhaul , older woman behind the counter very rude very ignorant to the point I just had to walk out on her , glad I didn’t give her my money , will never go there again wouldn’t even give them a star if I had the option.

This place is a rip off never ever shop here. They will rip you off . NO WORRIES THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL RIP OFF ARTIST. I was completely ripped off.. I rented a uhaul to move something literally lees then 2 milea away from this location i rented from cigar and more . Was charged 102 for a hold on my card and the rental. After i git the uhaul i heades to the place i needed to move the stuff and it was stolen. I immediately drove the uhaul back to the location because the stuff i needed to mive was stolen. Long story short when returning the uhaul i was charged for a full day and 10 miles of driving which i did not drive. The paperwork i got said that was 857140 miles on the uhaul. When i returned it said 85723 . The miles on the paperwork was wrong. Il told the owner of the store that and he indicated it was accurate and ibwas wrong as if they could not make a mistake. I was charged 30.46 for having a uahaul for literally 15 min if thst long. I will never ever rent from thst location again or uhaul if they allow to deal with rip off artist such as cugar and more
