“Nice, clean store with both Carters and Oshkosh. I purchased an outfit for each of my grandchildren’s Easter baskets, plus a pair of pink cleats for my princess who started t-ball this year. I placed an online order for store pick up but did some additional shopping while I was there. The clerk who helped me was friendly and helpful, I was so excited when she helped me find the cleats in the store so I didn’t have to wait for the order to arrive. With 5 grandchildren, aged 5 and below, I’m sure I’ll be back.”
“The place seems to be now overpriced! It used to be an scale option down from the GAPNow, if there isn't a sale going on... I priced some jeans at $49. Unheard of.Oh well... the pandemic and now inflation has caused EVERYONE to be upping the pricing of their products.”
“This store has a large men's department where we found affordable sneakers for our teenage son. The men's department looks like a good place to get formal menswear. The staff was very helpful. The paper bag they put our purchase items in was very thin so you might want to bring a large bag with you when you shop there. The second floor boys' department did not have a register open.”
“I have to say that the girls who work in that store deserve a good bonus for service, they are wonderful. I had 2 situations that were my fault and in the 2nd they helped me so much that I will never forget to forget them. Thank you, don't change. There are no more employees, so I am a success. Every time I have to buy I will go there just for them.”

“I like to "peruse" if one can actually do that to a store like you would a book. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. I remember thinking of how tough it must be for traditional retailers to compete with Amazon and other online marketplaces. It was nice to see it clean and well organized.”
“I didnt buy anything during this visit but the young gentleman who helped us out (i wish i remembered his name) was awesome. His customer service was amazing. I learned quite a bit during the visit.I do have many pairs of clarks shoes though and i love them! They are extremeley comfortable and never go out of style!”
“I love HM the sizing of their clothes always fit me great and there is usual a variety and some type of sale. Loved that they carried some longer skirts for girls almost every store now has only short skirts for little girls.”
“This was my first time at a kids' resale shop and I had a great experience selling and buying here. I brought in two huge tubs of boys baby & toddler clothes which I had gone through to fold and confirm their condition. They took about 80% of my stuff and I got paid as soon as they were done going through it. While I waited I browsed the store and found a few things to buy including rain boots, a polo, and a brand-new truck hoodie for my toddler. Prices are GREAT - most of the toddler shirts (even NWT!) are under $5.Addressing complaints some others have made... There were definitely some clothes on the racks that were not in as good condition as most, but that always happens in resale that some things slip by. And while it would have been nice to get more money for some of my nicer pieces, given the low prices and that you get paid on the spot (not having to wait for something to sell), you have to go in with that understanding. If I had new/designer items I might try to sell them elsewhere first, but that can be a hassle.Highly recommend, I'll be back!”
“High-end consumer clothing, with a lean towards fashionable active wear. More of a showcase, than a full selection, concentrating on the most popular categories of attire. Nice enough, but their calendar is MUCH more comprehensive.”

I saw her today professionally handle an irate customer who thought that by belittling her employee she would get something in return.Is the store perfect, no…and frankly no store especially during the holidays.But what is perfect to me is how this team cares about their staff & their customers. I order store pick ups all of the time and never run into issues. I always shop for backpack and adopt a family drives and literally get the best deals for high quality apparel at the best prices. Their team is always so kind to me and they even remember me and ask how I’m doing. When my toddlers come in & run around, we get kindness and smiles.Kindness goes a long way in my book & I’m grateful for this store specifically and its team! “I got a laptop bag from the boutique and it is really sturdy, comfortable to carry on shoulder and has enough separate compartments to keep my stuff organised. I love it.”
