Took two puppies in, one for neuter and one for spay. They took great care of my puppies even though they were big and super scared. They were very informative and helpful for my nerves as well. Super nice staff and seemed like they were able to deal with different temperaments happily. All staff had smiles and welcoming.

More geared towards dogs. Some of the employees are too smug. I paid $218 - $225 for blood work which takes a week. My 13 year old cat is having possible kidney problems. She is a cat rescued from the streets who will not use the cat water fountain so I put down a seperate bowl of water. They gave me a kit to get a urine sample; which is a glass vial and a little plastic bag with artificial cat litter. Cats are not dogs! I have two cats. I work 40 hours per week and weekends. They want a fresh urine sample. Have her pee, get the sample and rush right over! I work so they will not take a refrigerated sample. I work, not a student, not a volunteer. Their attitudes have to change.

Reviews are based on customer service. Although the animals seem to be treated well and the staff are friendly the appointment issues here are insane. 3.5 hour wait when you show up on time for an appointment in so unprofessional for any business. Then to give me excuses when I overheard them say the clients (pets) are out of order is more insanity.

We adopted a6yo doggy from the SPCA at Art on the Green this year. Everyone was great and the facility is just beautiful.

I found a cat in the city of Wilmington and I observed it several different times over a 90 minute period and the cat did not move. It was in the corner of a door and people were opening the door and hitting the cat but it would not move, anyone knows that cats do not stay in one spot for that long, anyway I rush off work to get there by 7 an it's about 650pm when I get there and the girl at front desk literally just looked at the cat an said of there's nothing wrong with this cat, he's chubby so he probably someone's cat just take it back to where you got it or take it to a wooded area an let it go. Like what!!? So I left with the cat an luckily my mom is a rescue member and she took the cat, an it's going to the vet tomorrow. It still hasn't moved. I just can't believe that they turned it away without even trying to take it outta the carrier and then said let it go in the woods, which is illegal!
