Rudest greeter at the front desk. No smile when I said hello to her today around 451pm. When I commented about something in the store she tried to argue with me. Never had this happen in the store before, but very disappointing.

Just a mention because not sure where to send a comment about one of your employees in the meat department in the New Castle Delaware store. His name is Hank and he was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions for an upcoming party I was having. It's not every day you find employees who will go out of their way to make sure you are buying the correct amount and cuts of meat to help you stay within a budget. He is a huge asset to the company!

Hank Hanley in the meat department at the New Castle DE location is so helpful and always so polite. I wished you had more employees like him. I shop at the New Castle BJs each week and Hank always does a nice job with special cuts of meats and providing assistance with the meat department when I am looking for something that is not in the case. I don’t like shopping there when it’s his day off. I can always tell when he is not working by the unstocked and variety of the case. Last week when I was there I made sure I got his name to give him a shout out. When you shop ask for Hank in the meat department. Thank you Donna Bristol

POOR MANAGEMENT! Workers do not honor customer service at all. Take it to management and no action takes place. They’re lazy and very young and immature. Please deal with it immediately.

I love BJ'S. But the last two days I've been there I've felt really bad for the people who have drink stands. First they looked at me and my son who has a disability badly. And then I went to have a glass of juice and a woman held my hand as if I were her daughter and took it away from me because I had to wait for her to give it to me. People of color are more racist towards Latinos than others. races? For me we are all equal. I don't even have the desire to go to that store anymore. I'll see if another location treats the customer better. Very disappointed ?

Was there Thursday in a crunch. Was preparing for my ribbon cutting ceremony and was in a rush SAM in the cheese / meat dept was amazing! She was sticking and stopped what she was doin to assist me. She was more than helpful. Very kind and attentive. I just want the company to know she’s a true gem to your store. Her customer service is top notch!

Cashiers glued to thier phones and don't speak a word to you. Scans your card and items only after you place everything in the basket on the belt.

I hate this BJs but the gas is cheap. I do my warehouse shopping at Elsmere. - idk, people who shop here and the staff are so rude. Big lines for gas on weekends.

Got my bjs card and first shopping trip I used the app to scan all products I wanted to buy and could check if there were coupons for those items. Which almost 7/10 items had great coupons (atleast $2 off or more) which was amazing.

Worst customer service ever! Most of the floor associates are quite rude. You'd ask them where things are and they get angry for simply doing their jobs or give you a smart answe.! I'm definitley canceling my membership. If they hate their jobs so bad, just quit.
