The worst service I’ve ever received, very rude and unprofessional employees there I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I bought my 4 tires, this lazy person didn’t even want to talk or look at me to explain their process all he said was that he will called me when tires get there to be install, they never called me I went there after 2 days and was another rude guy, he told me that I’ll have to make an appointment to install my tires, so I did. They install my tires were installed and this guy got so annoyed when I asked for alignment service. Very unprofessional service, it seems like they don’t want people to go buy tires there or get their business. I wasted 3 days just to get tires from them. Not happy at all with the service provided

Dealing with this tire center was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had as an adult for starters I set up an appointment and they said they Called me, asking me to come in earlier when they did not then I said, may I leave my car dropped off here To get picked up the next day because they quoted it for 6 PM that same day and I didn’t have time to wait there they agreed I could have it dropped off for next day pick up. The next day I came with the expectation of having the tires I purchased put on my car then I come to find out that they did not put the tires on my car, and would not put the tires on for a few days. This tire center had plans to keep my car for multiple days for no reason the person at the front desk was too focused on his phone to even have a conversation with me and Even laughed a little when I was trying to talk to him. very frustrating I will not be doing business with this tire center again I expect better from BJ’s

The most miserable group of employees. A grouchy old woman barking at you to show your card as you enter and a miserable old guard yelling if you accidentally go in through the out door. Telling me to read the sign. His big fat ugly head was hiding the sign. Nope. I'll go to Elsmere. Their staff is awesome.

I come to this location all the time for grocery, tech and gas. On my last visit to the pumps not only are they always extremely unorganized but the employee was rude and just looking to start a fight. Get this place under control. Employees should not be trying to start a fight.

The "manager" Brandon refused to help me at the BJs WholeSale Club in New Castle, De Store #015. I ordered 2 bedsets online, item # 273655. The website clearly states in 2 different spots online that it includes queen bed. After being refused a bed (with no explanation) at the store by the unseen manager. I called corporate and spoke with Shamine which agreed that it says includes bed. She then called home office at which time she came back and said they would not honor their website and it wasn't supposed to have a bed included although it's clearly stated the bed comes with. If this isn't false advertisement I'm not sure what is.

BJ's is to Costco, what Walmart is to Saks.... However, it has its uses. Propane paper supplies a lil cheaper... and for that privilege, I pay $50/yr on an auto renew I keep forgetting to stop. ...lmmfao

This Bjs racially stereotyped me and my friend on two separate occasion . We are both Mexican woman and this was done by the same white woman. As we were walking out the worker was checking the receipts to make sure everything was in the cart. This lady was in front of us and passed without any issue. However, as soon as me and my husband (who is also Mexican) she made it very obvious that she was counting all the items and took her time. I wouldn't have put as much thought into it if she didn't proceed to recount three times. This has not been the first time that there has been racist incidents but this was truly the last time.

I purchased tires from the Elsmere store and they have unprofessional attitudes.. please do not have a flat or require service they will absolutely not pick up the phone. I needed to order a tire because my vehicle required run flats. No repair you must replace the tire. Well BJs do not carry the tire in stock must be ordered. I will never purchase tires or buy a car with run flats ever.

This store sucks. The online pickup process is horrendous. There is not communication and when in need of assistance no one know what's the F is happening amongst the store. Interesting how there is always someone hawking on you to review your receipt but no help is available on the sales floor.

They wasted our time!!!!!!! We ordered tires online and made an appointment in 2 weeks!!! When we came, they didn’t have our tires and unpleasant employees didn’t care about it at all!

BJs tire center staff were EXCELLENT - staff advised to change 1 tire as opposed to the 3 I had purchased - as the two back tires had plenty of life left - rebalanced all at no charge - very helpful staff - and saved me over $200 that I did not need to spend - have been coming here for tires for many years - this is an example of why I keep coming back!

So annoyed!!! No shopping carts in the store when normally they are. If I have to walk outside to get one off to Costco's I go!!

Customer service is terrible. Took forever to check out and they wouldn't even open more lanes. Needed propane to be filled next. Nope. Don't even respond to call to staff tire center. They don't need your business so please do not visit this location.
