My husband & I loved going there because the workers there was very nice & patient with us with our questions about how to take care of the fleas on our dog.

We called and reserved a yellow lab, they said yes to the reservation, so we drove an hour and got there on time just to see them selling him to another family. The staff is very unprofessional, irresponsible, and rude. They never apologized either, the lady’s excuse was “the other family got there first”! If you’re looking to purchase a puppy here, don’t!!!!!

After losing my childhood dog I was certain I did not want another dog. I took my 5 and 12 year old girls into look at the puppies just look. Well I fell in love with one of the puppies and felt so strongly he was meant for our family. The women there were so kind and clearly love the animals and care for them as if they were their own. It was and continues to be an excellent experience as they provide the rest of his shots.

My furry step child was taken great care of after his grooming session. They were able to accommodate us fairly quickly later in the week. The location located in New Castle Farmer's Market has furry creatures looking for their forever home along with everything you would need to care for them. Nothing wrong with you going to do your grocery shopping or grabbing some lunch and then picking up a furry friend to bring home too!

We purchased a puppy in January of 2023. He came with complementary grooming. We got all the necessary paperwork. Booked his 1st grooming appointment last week. When we arrived we were told the groomer had an emergency and had to leave. Things happen we understand. We were not rebooked rather instructed to call and schedule another appointment. This was done and we were all scheduled for today. We arrived at 845am for our 9am and waited in line with the 3 other pet owners with 9am appointments. When we got to register we were informed we had No appointment today or any other day. When we asked to speak to the groomer we were told she was too busy to speak with me. I found this to be very unprofessional. The customer friendly answer would have been they are currently busy but if you have a few minutes they will come out and speak with you shortly. Give me the option to wait or not. Again there was no offer to make this situation right. This was not my 1st time using their grooming services. My previous dog that I had for 12 years had been using their service since they opened at this location. I am disappointed with how we were treated today. No regard for our time or long time patronage. I will never use there services for anything ever again.

Don't buy pets from here. They sold us a sick dog and were not helpful at the least trying to resolve the issue

I've never used pet services at this place; however I was impressed when my neighbor called me to advise that the site had a rescue dog & they were trying to find a home for the animal. While not in a position to help, my heart did melt (and I figured I'd place a post to further the cause). This is a great example of extraordinary work??

Store is geared towards dogs and little caged animals ( fish, rabbits, etc) and has practically nothing for cat owners.
