“Overall, my experience was very quick, easy, and as painless as buying a new vehicle can be. Sanaa was very helpful and the manager was also forthcoming with information when asked. The one thing I wished could have been better was knowing more about the specific pieces of paperwork that we had to sign. I’ve been through this process before, but we were buying for someone who’s never had their own vehicle before and they felt like they were just roped along without fully understanding the process. A new buyer may prefer more handholding. Otherwise, I will definitely consider CARMART, specifically this location, in the future.”

“First of all great customer service! And as a woman, I was a little unsure about certain auto details, but Luis took care of me like his Auntie! He made sure everything with my car was good for me to get back-and-forth to work. He called and did follow-ups, when I needed additional repairs he sent me to a mechanic that was nearby my home, and even sent me an email and a text on my birthday! Whenever someone tells me they need a car, I tell them to go to Prado. He’s my dude!”

Hands-down the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Ron was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. The selection of cars on the lot made it hard to choose, since there are so many great looking vehicles in stock. I essentially left here with a car on nothing more than a handshake and a signature, as my auto loan couldn't be processed until Monday - but they went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to drive back to Delaware from PA because of this little mixup. Be warned, there isn't a lot of room for negotiation in their pricing, so don't expect to haggle much. However with the quality and condition of these cars - you really won't need to!
Went to the dealership a month after buying it - came back with absolutely 0 issues on the car! No better indicator of quality than the dealership inspection coming back clean.
