Purchased a set of 4, was notified the tires were delivered. Confirmed only 2 were delivered at the shop. Called FedEx and was told to contact the shipper. Contacted TireRack, was advised that I would need to wait for an investigation to determine next steps. Asked about re-shipping tires while they investigated, they declined. Asked for a refund and for them to take their tires back, they declined. Asked for a manager and was told they'd have to call me back. They left me a voicemail hours later. Horrible service from a horrible company. I'm out nearly a grand with no tires. I had to go buy some from a retail store and get them installed. Take my advice, go to your nearest retail store, support your local mechanic and tire shop. Don't waste your time or your money. I would have gladly paid $200 extra to get this done the same day rather than let a company hold my money for 3 weeks just to give it back. Never doing business with TireRack again.

Placed an order and was told to pull right in and pick up my order. Sat for over an hour waiting for them to verify my information and send the information to the warehouse. Nobody could explain to me what the holdup was.
Customer service told me my tires would be out shortly and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes just to call back and be told that they were still verifying my information almost 2 hours wasted

Super fast and easy order pick up! Worth the discount on my order to go pick my items up. They even called me ahead of time to not only let me know when my order would be ready, but also to confirm details about my order! Do not place much value in Tire Rack's "Road Hazard" warranty! I found that the arbitrarily deny claims. Had 2- paid one-denied one; similar "pot hole" incidents, filed the same. I will not buy form them again-out $313 that I could have covered buying from a local brick and mortar shop! BUYERS BEWARE!

A nasty pothole dented our wheel rim, and we needed a replacement in short order or we couldn't get home. The turnaround time is normally 24 hours, but the team here managed it in about five, and absolutely saved the day for us. As a bonus, the wheels cost about half what they would have from the dealership. We couldn't be happier customers.
