Purchased a bedroom set bout 3 yrs ago. Paid it off less than a year ago. last night my husband plopped on the bed and the bed frame broke!!!! Bedroom set was around 5000.00 called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do for me because it's been more than 60 days that my furniture was paid off. Poor quality furniture for the price. A bed frame should last more than 3 years

If I could give no stars I would it’s terrible the way a business you’re giving your money to would treat you. Sometimes all payments can’t be made on time but Aaron’s doesn’t understand that instead they make things personal and call you from employees personal phones when you can’t get around to answering their calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL it says nowhere in the contract that when you don’t answer the store number we’re allowed to call you from many different numbers to get in contact with you. I would NEVER recommend anybody do business with Aaron’s especially this location (basin rd). I usually don’t even do reviews but I would rather people see this before they even think to do business with them!!!! Save your money and try other places that actually have respect and don’t send threats when you can’t get to the phone.

I’ve been coming to new castle Aaron’s for years. Joe IS AMAZING! His staff are great too. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. It’s not everyday you walk into a business and instantly greeted with a welcoming smile and immediate help. Thanks a ton Aaron’s. Great deals and prices.

I want to give a good feedback to the salesmen name Mr. Craig at the New Castle store for Aarons. He is the only one who treat customers with respect. He asks very professional with a consciousness with benefits. He try to meet customer expectations like go up and beyond duty with excellent customer service. He do not over charge us and he is very polite. But the rest of the staff at that store just have no respect to customers. Like acting in a unprofessional manner, over charges customers when their bill is late, provide hidden charges like over the phone they say one thing and when you come into the store its another price within that same week, they will lie to you, argue with you, and refuses to take your payment when you pay a partial payment. The bottom line why are they in business! Why is the law enforcement come after them and why they are not sued for harassment. Well customers like myself we need to make it happen! They need to go out of business because it's our money that keep them operated. And we are the one we should be respected. Also, they will call your home, work, and references up to four times a day. This to is considered harassment so call the nonemercency number in your area and then use it to take them to court for compensation. Harassment is a law! Sorry Aarons at the New Castle store and other stores your employees have to be in a good behavior and follow the law. That is why I asked to be transferred to your store because of the amount of calls I were getting from the store on Marrows Rd. Keep up of what all of you employees working for Aarons. Evenly you will be arrested, loss job, or get sued. Your staff better act like you know with good behavior, stop lying, and over charging customers. Enjoy this complaint from both stores.

I have arranged for appliances I found online by phone with this location. Very courteous fast service. I purchased a refrigerator and it was delivered and set up for me. The delivery person explained how to set the controls.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and my business will be going somewhere else. The guy Joe is awful. I advise anyone not to deal with this location because Joe will screw you just like he screwed me. He’s been awful the entire time I’ve been dealing with him. The corporatIon needs to fire this guy even workers say he’s a failure. He’s very bad for business.
