Had the stock of what we needed but literally refused to sell us more than a couple pieces, in case someone they knew better wanted it. Makes no sense to me and is a terrible business practice.

This is my new sliding glass door that was delivered to my house today. Wow I guess the drivers didn't see the box was damaged and wonder if the door is also damaged. I wasn't home at the time of delivery.

I recieved a replacement sliding door today, I wasn't home when it was placed on my front porch. The replacement is damaged more than the one that needs replaced because it was obviously dropped on the corner.

My experience with this company was nothing but problems and excuses. Ordered STOCK cabinets(confirmed at purchase with the sales person) and 10 weeks later still waiting for parts. I understand that things happen especially with the current environment, but the response from them has been nothing short of abysmal. Non existent customer service service and no attempt to solve the problem, but rather blame everyone else and ignore the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for straight forward communication, on time delivery, professionalism, or good customer service.

This place beats all competitors. The main reason I shop here is for the kitchen cabinets and their wonderful talent. Kim is a magician with kitchen designing. Above and beyond for customer service. 10/10.

Installing a basement egress door, and flying a little blind. They took the time to discuss what I needed, how I wanted to do it, and got me everything promptly. I don't have enough good words for these guys, they are stellar.
