Shout Out to Marcus for going above and beyond to make sure we received our pop up gazebo in time for our event on June 1st. He made a Special trip to our home May 31st to make sure we received our package. He delivered to our front door. Thank you Marcus..You Rock!! Very Much Appreciated.

Just moved to Milton and this post office has been the bane of my existence so far. Due to living in a new construction community that does not yet have mail boxes we have to pick up our mail. There is a lovely woman that works here and I am thankful for her because the older gentleman is very rude. Practically ignores you, looks like he hates everything about being there and makes the ENTIRE building smell heavily of cigarette smoke and it's appalling. The first time my husband went in he told him we had no mail even though I had packages and mail that had been sitting there a week already verified by delivery dates and when I went in the other day I only got my packages and wasn't given my actual letters even though I know they are there due to informed delivery. Where is my mail disappraring to!? I thought Georgetown was bad but this place is the worst post office I've ever been in.

I know the USPS rarely receives positive reviews but I would like to send a shout out to Jason in the Milton PO. I called to find out why I hadn’t received mail in about 4 days. I was directed to an USPS 800 number to leave my info and didn’t expect a response anytime soon. Within an hour, Jason brought the mail to our door. It was a honest mistake that the mail wasn’t delivered but this postal worker took care of the problem immediately. You don’t often hear enough about employees who go above and beyond. Thanks Jason!

Every time I use this post office there is an issue. The clerks act like they are bothered by having customers. I now avoid going there if possible.

There must be something terribly wrong going on at this post office. I simply walked in to buy a single book of stamps. I smiled & was polite & said please & thank you & it didn’t matter. The clerk was THE most disgustingly rude individual who could hardly manage to grunt & groan. What the hell is going on here? Is it that difficult to hire someone who can simply act & speak & treat others with a modicum of respect? The other clerk was a shrew who was just sitting there staring into space. These people actually get paid to do nothing? The United States Postal Service needs to be dismantled & privatized. Terminate ALL postal workers & start over!

Nearly every employee here has terrible customer service. I prefer going to Lewes USPS where they're friendly, helpful, smile and say "thank you".

some time ago when I first moved to Milton I had a painting delivered that was placed within a heavily protected envelope to keep it from bending. the mail carrier bent it, and took massive effort to do so, to purposely damage it even though it stated in red “DO NOT BEND”, and shoved it in my mailbox. now they stole my birthday card and took 0 accountability. conveniently that’s the ONLY piece of mail on informed delivery that hasn’t been delivered. it’s so annoying how they cannot be held liable yet if I tampered with mail in anyway I’d be charged with a federal offense.

This is the worst post office experience we ever had. We mailed a priority package to Kenya Africa. The front desk clerk told us they don’t do tracking for over sea. Our family never received our letters and we are unable to get a refund. For two letters inside a large 8X10 envelope cost us $35 for postage.Very disappointing.Don’t mail anything through the post office in Milton. Drive to Georgetown if you can. The clerk there is more friendly and helpful.2/13/23

All but one of the people at the post office are always courteous; the one man may be going through problems that weigh on him or just have no social skills. The carrier who picks up and delivers mail in my neighborhood consistently puts incoming mail in the wrong boxes.
