“Yesterday, as I was going over Mispillion bridge my car started making a loud thumping noise. I thought it was my tire so I pulled into Gilbert’s tires. Went inside and they had my car back on the lift within minutes. It was not my tires but bolts had come out of a flap on the front of my car. They put bolts in it and also put air in my tires because he saw the low tire pressure light was on. 15 minutes and I was back on the road. It’s a good feeling when you have a hometown business that is honest and you can trust. No price gouging here. We do all of our business here for tires and oil changes. We are thankful for you. But I had a hit and run bumper fender repair on my Red Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I decided to roll the dice and give them a try.
They were the most professional of all the shops I called about 4 or 5.
They dealt directly with insurance and car rental and they came in at the most competitive estimate ...
My car was clean when I picked it up...and it looked better than new/ It wasnt driven meaning no miles were added from when I dropped it and they got the job done within a week...Scheduling was about 2mos out but once my apt day came up I was back in my car by Friday morning
My only recommendation is that Ive noticed many body shops have huge amounts a debris on the ground and I didnt like seeing my car parked around ontop of so much broken car parts but I checked my tires and they were all puncture free.”
“A mechanic at another repair shop told me he was not able to find a replacement part and I was afraid I would need to buy a new car. I spoke with Frank and gave him the details I was given and he knew exactly what was needed for my 10 yr old Mitsubishi and ordered it right away. 2 days later my car was repaired and Frank showed me the rusted part and explained the repair to me. “HIGHLY recommend the Milford, DE location!!! Steer clear of their Dover location. I originally brought my car to the Dover, DE location and they did a horrible job. The only reason for going was preventative; I had no problems with my car. I bought the lifetime alignment package. They did not give me my alignment status report and I left with vibration in my steering wheel that I did not have prior to the visit. Brought it to Milford… SUPER nice and helpful. Fixed my car properly, gave me my printed before and after report, and no vibration now!!! THANK YOU!”
