“Shopping for a mattress is about a notch below shopping for a used car. I've gone to many huckster big box mattress stores in the 45 years I've shopped for mattresses. And I've never met a mattress salesman I've ever liked, that is, before I went to Mattress by Appointment.I called and spoke to Matt and he was very accommodating to meeting me when I wished. The place is a hole in the wall but don't let that fool you. No big flashy sales room and no pushy sales people trying to sell you that $2500 mattress when you told them what your budget was.Matt and I had a lengthy conversation about what mattresses I've had, my sleep patterns and what I was looking for in a mattress.I felt a little like Goldilocks as I went from one bed to another. Matt, this one is way too soft, and this one is much to firm, this one is ok. Then Matt said try this one, I think you'll really like this one. As I settled into the mattress, I knew that it was THE one.I told Matt that is the one for me and I told him my van was broke down at the moment and I was waiting on parts, without another word, Matt said that's no problem, I'll deliver it in about an hour.Well, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Great knowledge, great customer service and great prompt delivery. Can't beat Mattress by Appointment.”

“I had a great experience when looking for a mattress! As soon as I walked into the store a lady greeted me she was kind and just straight to the point to help me find my needs for my back. We went mattress to mattress and she explained the quality and comfort to the key I was really surprised the knowledge she had on every mattress! I was a bit concerned though a women came in had a bit of an attitude when the lady I believe her name was oceanna greeted her at the door, I walked around looking at mattresses while oceanna helped the women find her match and I was frightened by the tone she had in her voice telling oceanna she was a bad employee and then started accusing her of smelling like alcohol and smoke. I was very close to oceanna as she walked me around the store and there was no way she smelled like either of those things before I could step in the women left and you could

The day we closed on our home we stopped in looking for Robin Wall, per our builder rep. Robin was extremely pleasant, understanding of our goals, respected our challenges of 4 dogs and offered to put some packages together for us. Within a week she called to show us a kitchen set, living room and bar stools for our open floor plan. The fabrics, styles and colors needed to complement each other and she nailed it!!
