Shopping for a mattress is about a notch below shopping for a used car. I've gone to many huckster big box mattress stores in the 45 years I've shopped for mattresses. And I've never met a mattress salesman I've ever liked, that is, before I went to Mattress by Appointment.I called and spoke to Matt and he was very accommodating to meeting me when I wished. The place is a hole in the wall but don't let that fool you. No big flashy sales room and no pushy sales people trying to sell you that $2500 mattress when you told them what your budget was.Matt and I had a lengthy conversation about what mattresses I've had, my sleep patterns and what I was looking for in a mattress.I felt a little like Goldilocks as I went from one bed to another. Matt, this one is way too soft, and this one is much to firm, this one is ok. Then Matt said try this one, I think you'll really like this one. As I settled into the mattress, I knew that it was THE one.I told Matt that is the one for me and I told him my van was broke down at the moment and I was waiting on parts, without another word, Matt said that's no problem, I'll deliver it in about an hour.Well, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Great knowledge, great customer service and great prompt delivery. Can't beat Mattress by Appointment.

Mattress By Appointment is well worth a look when shopping for a new mattress. Matt was great to work with. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive.

Highly recommend! This is a family owned business and they definitely aim to please. I’m a single mom on a budget and they were very accommodating on finding a great deal on a high quality mattress for me and I was even able to have it delivered and my old taken away! I couldn’t be happier with the price and super friendly service. I am definitely planning to go back for another one for my son in the near future. Give them a call if you are considering, you won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend! I was unsure at first seeing this is not a store but more of a warehouse but I'm so happy I gave them a try! It's a family run business and they are so kind and helpful. They worked with me on a great price too. They have name brands I knew and a range of prices so it's very accommodating. They also delivered for me which was great because I don't have a truck. I'll definitely be going back and recommending them to friends. It's a hidden gem place for sure!

I enjoyed every part of the process. I hadn’t ever bought a bed before… always hand-me-downs but now that I have to start adulting, Mattress by Appointment in Milton was so helpful! Not to mention it was delivered to my door… and I saved $2,000 and didn’t have to sacrifice comfort or quality! I’ll be back!

Cannot say enough good things about Mattress By Appointment!! Matt was wonderful help really listening to our needs & had great information about mattresses for us to help make our decision. We purchased two Queen size mattresses that were reasonably priced. If your shopping for a mattress in Delaware I would highly recommend Mattress By Appointment!

Super Friendly! He was not push and prices were great Put! He definitely Puts customer first! He Let my son test out multiple mattresses. And did not push 1 over another. If your in need of a mattress this is the place to go.

We just moved to Milton this week and needed a new bed and found Mattress by appointment. Matt was great from the start and we really enjoyed talking to him. We told him what we were looking for and he hooked us up with a great bed at a great price and we were able to take it home the same day. The whole process only took an hour.We would absolutely buy from here again and recommend Matt highly.
