  Stopped here on our way to OBX to rest and pick up our trip the next day. Very cozy spot. Pool was awesome very clean and nice landscaping. Bed was very comfy and was easy to check out rehoboth beach.

  Breakfast was delicious! Will accommodated my gluten allergy. The Robbins Room was super clean and spacious! The location was great, near downtown and a nature preserve. Highly recommend!

  Mansion Farm Inn is ideal for for a relaxing getaway. The main house is gorgeous and the suites are comfortable and spacious. Will, the innkeeper, is courteous and accommodating and is meticulous in the upkeep of the property. It’s just a short drive to shopping and beaches. Highly recommended.
