I Just came back from import professionals.
What I encountered was COURTEOUSY, HONESTY , COMPETENCE, and on timeliness, 4 commodities that are becoming extinct in the service world.
The location may not look fancy but what’s inside is great.
I am happy to recommend import professionals unequivocally.

I have brought my Audi here several times and everytime I get estimates for my maintenance or parts from other local businesses Import Professionals have such a better price point. I am extremely picky with my mechanics because trust is everything to me. Not only do they have the best prices the turn around is usual next day if not same when getting serviced. They are completely honest and don't overcharge I give them 2 thumbs up and I won't bring my car anywhere else!

This place doesn't look like much on the outside but the owner knows what he is doing and gets the job right the first time. I highly recommend this company; they are honest, they tell you up front what's wrong with your car, and their prices are extremely reasonable. I only visited them the one time, but if I have any issue again with my car in the future, I will be going back to them.
