After dropping off my paperwork in February (early in tax season) it took multiple phone calls and weeks to get any update on when my taxes would be finished. They charged me $360 to do federal and 2 states returns, which I think is kind of high. After they finished my taxes we made an appointment for me to come in and review and sign everything. I was supposed to get a refund from fed and both states supposedly. In April I received a letter from Delaware dept of revenue stating I owed money. I stopped by with the letter and they told me they'd look into it and get back to me. It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything and there's never anyone in the office. On Google it's listed as "temporarily closed". I called the number on the letter to find my taxes were done incorrectly and I actually owed money. What a terrible experience.
