Very pleasure to do business with! Very knowledgeable staff, showed up on time, and reasonable prices.We had them replace a tv over our fireplace, upgrade our cabling in the wall to 4K, upgrade our sound system to Sonos, and clean up our av closet.Overall, would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom install and excellent experience!

I try to be as fair as possible in all of my reviews, so here goes...Pros:1. Josh has a degree in audio engineering. A major plus!2. Upon initial inspection Josh did not try to upsell me on equipment. He insisted on just using everything I already had. Nice! Actually I was shocked by that..3. The service techs were nice, polite, arrived on-time and always notified me that they were enroute.4. The service techs took great pains to hide all of the wiring involved in my setup.5. The service techs seemed very concerned with aesthetics of the layout.Cons:1. These guys are not cheap at $125/hour so I hope you have deep pockets!2. Much to my total surprise, for a home theatre company they had little to no experience setting up Ultra-Short-Throw (UST) projectors. UST projectors are all the rage in the world of home cinema, so I was VERY surprised that they seemed so new to it. Because of the unfamiliarity with USTs it took a total of three visits, the last not covered under my initial contract, to actually get the positioning of the screen right! It also surprised me that when they didn't know how to approach the setup, they never asked for the documentation for the projector until the very last visit, a visit which I had to pay an extra $125 for!3. The company charges you MSRP for any speakers they supply or any cables they have to supply, NO discounts whatsoever, be ready to pay full price for components if you want to order your stuff through them. Again, to their credit, they did not try to upsell me.Summary:This company seems focused on installing and fine tuning sound systems, which is great. They also seemed very comfortable hanging large screen TVs, but if you've got a projector, good luck! My advice after all this money spent is thatI should have pushed them to just use the projector owners manual from the start rather than typical male trial-and-error.
