“July 17th I was traveling from NC to Mass when my passenger side rear brakes locked up in front of Napa. The three gentlemen working this location were absolutely AMAZING!! They were able to answer questions, sell me the parr’s I needed and even loaned me some tools to help me do a brake job in the parking lot. The personalities, professionalism and just pure kindness of these three gentlemen were second to none. Thank you for making our brake down as pleasurable as possible. Lyle and Kerri Washington and our son Mason who did all the work.”

“Great experience! Came down for the Golden Retriever Jubilee and my brake fluid light came on. I pulled in to buy brake fluid. Chuck said let me put it on the lift to make sure you do not have a leak. Guess what? I had a leak. The team was honest, gracious and accommodating. Customer service at its Finest!”

“This is a great hardware store. Well staffed, and the friendly employees will help you quickly with whatever you need. I can stop in to grab screws, or my water filters. Prices are a few cents more than the mega-hardware places, but that figures in with less drive time.”
