Terrible customer service. I called I know it was at least 3 times and each time got an answering machine. Granted it was over the 4th of July holiday. Still til this day haven’t received a call back.Wouldn’t recommend! No one was even in the place on Saturday!! I took my business to Cool Springs storage! Even if they didn’t have any unit available, a call back would have been nice!

I got a storage unit and the next day I canceled it because I didn’t need it anymore they took $50 from me without even having it for 24 hours will never use them again
