If you’re planning on allowing this company to do any work in your home while you’re not there, I would reconsider. The owner, Tony, had been using customers houses, when they were not home, to have extramarital relations. And when Tony’s wife found out, actually fired the employee with whom he was having those relations with. To say the integrity of this company is questionable would be an understatement.

I would use caution if considering giving this company access to your home when you’re not there, as Tony, one of the owners, was using the houses of customers, who were not home at the time, to have extramarital relations. Their quality of work and products are wonderful but their integrity is questionable.

The long (month+) delay between a fully paid order for a full house of blinds is just inexcusable. My order was not even placed with their warehouse until weeks after I ordered and paid in full for the shades/blinds and installation. Now , 5 weeks later, after much begging for info, my sales agent, Kim, admits to me my blinds are in the local warehouse, but I can't talk to anyone there about delivery and installation, because the warehouse guy is out of town. But she was able to talk to him and learn my blinds were ready and waiting! Her only defense is that she initially said delivery could take 4-6 weeks. Not a word about why she's MAKING this take 6 weeks. Never an update from Kim at any point in this waiting period. No way to run a business, don't know how they are still in business with this awful customer service.

Sorry to see this location close. We have been customers for many years and are not sure where we will go for the great brands and merchandise we have always found here.

Products are great if you can get a hold of someone..no one calls back to verify if products are ordered ..I've been waiting a month to find out if they ordered or need a deposit after 4 phone calls. I still know nothing sadly

We've had the same problem with our luminex blinds, they came to repair our blinds twice)with at least a two month wait each time the Budget blinds guy came and said if we continue to complain, we will be put at the bottom of the list for repairs. Three months later, we are still waiting.

Doesn't return phone calls, doesn't honor commitments. As soon as you press her to live up to her B.S., she says she can't honor your timeline and dumps you as a client. She just lost a $12,000 job. Delighted to lose you as another lying, incompetent contractor. Bye, Ashley! Good riddance!

I worked with Ashley at Budget Blinds. She did a great job. Didn't over sell me and delivered on everything. The Blinds arrived timely, and were a perfect fit. The installers were polite, quick and generous. I gave them donuts when the arrived and I think they liked my appreciation of them. Once the were installed we did a walk thru and Tom caught a mistake and corrected it by snapping the blind in for a better fit. I really appreciate these three thing: efficiency, on time and on budget, respectful and professional. I'll use them again, ask for Ashley, Tom and Charlie for install

I have two motorized window shades and it ran out of batteries. I called around and lucky I called Budget Blinds for my last call. I have called these companies in Delaware:Interior by Kim: Need to send manual and price is high.A Shade Above: Don't do repair if not buying from them.Randy Gross: Left message and no return call.Echelon Interior: Took info and never call back.ColorWise: Don't do the job that height 17'-0".Dagsboro Paint: Not pick upDreamweaver Interiors & Fabric: Company is busy and won't do repair. Don't do repair if we don't buy product from them.Creative Concept of Bethany: Will call back.Budget Blinds gave me a good and very reasonable price. I definitely recommended this company for your service. Maureen did a good job in replacing the batteries. Tony explained me how to use the remote control and told me about the shade. This little thing makes customer satisfaction. I learned a few tricks from him with the remote. For me as a customer, I don't like company which says they're busy, don't do work if don't buy from them, or not return call back to customer.Thanks for your service.
