Friendly and courteous staff at the MIllville, DE Rite Aid #4919. Robert Barwick, PA was particularly helpful. He left his counter, and engaged with me personally by taking his time to explain the indications and pricing of the original Rx; and the availibility of an alternative that satisfied the antibiotic indication of the original Rx without the need for a steroid component for pain relief. He enquired about any pain I was expereincing, which I explained was mild and likely treatable with generic acemetacin. Robert Barwick, PA went out of his way to clarify a Rx change by contacting the prescribing PA, and saved me $95. Rite Aid would should commend Robert Barwick for his professionalism and customer empathy - personal, medical and financial.

I am so happy with Rite Aid pharmacy and those that work there. It is always a pleasant and good experience when filling my prescriptions.
