While ultimately we caved under how difficult it would be to sign up for various services, Rachel, seriously knowledgeable in all aspects, was tireless in working with us and dealing with a discovered, previously unknown, appropriation of some of our financial data. She worked hours...really...at reporting and clearing the fraud, then had to do it again on a second account. The interfaces required of converting the service ultimately were too much for us, but her can-do attitude and cheerful attack of whatever barrier was before her should make her much valued by her employer. We certainly appreciated her tenacity and knowledge.

I had a great experience with this location I especially enjoyed working with one of the employees there she was so awesome!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!! Amber you rock girl

Inadequate staffing on Sundays. Long wait time due to having only one staff member working. I was sold a defective iPhone and Jason refused to return it or offer any assistance accept that I could talk to the manager on Thursday when it was Tuesday. Spoke to Apple three times each person stating AT&T should exchange it, yet Jason refused. Update- Able to get ahold of my salesman Matt and he did an excellent job speaking to the manager Amber and spent hours resolving this issue. Matt's customer service impeccable and he goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Matt!
