This is going to be an unconventional review but I just wanted to say that these folks are AMAZING! We were recently in an accident in front of their store and had to be taken to the hospital. We had no one to watch our dog for us since he could not go in the ambulance. They were nice enough to watch him while we were getting checked out and made sure that he was comfortable and cared for. If you are looking for a great place to purchase items for your pet and are in need of friendly faces, I highly recommend the Pet Stop!

If I could give it zero stars i would! After the owner, Willa, FIRED 4 top groomers and moved their tools of the trade to an outside unsecured are, I am done with Millville's Pet Stop. I have witnessed the groomers being bullied and verbally harassed by said owner. In total 5 groomers will be opening a salon for pets shortly. I will be taking my pets there. Furthermore the store is overpriced.

Super nice staff and fair prices for dog food and treats. These folks go the extra mile. Just ask my 92 year old mom whose goofy dog, Nash, was treated like a prince. Thanks for your excellent service.

A smaller "hometown" pet store, but they had the special dog food we use (Fromm's) at an awesome price! Staff was on the ball and vet knowledgeable.

We've been taking our dog to Millville Pet Stop Grooming for over a year and had some hiccups and for the most part, they worked with our requests. The last time, our standard poodles ears were not plucked - a concern I had prior to her being brought in because of the risk of ear infection. We paid $100 for this groom and again, we've been taking our dog to this location for a year and a half. When I called to raise concern, the customer service was disappointing. I got "If the dog won't let us do it, we won't do it." or "If the dog shows signs of inflamation, we won't do it.". I simply requested there be better communication when the dog is picked up, that if there is sign of inflamation or if they weren't able to pluck the ears for whatever reason, communicate that to us that so we can take the dog to get her ears checked or whatever we have to do? I did not get "I'm sorry, we understand where you are coming from.". Nothing that made me feel heard as a long-term customer.

Great pet shop 10 minutes from Bethany boardwalk. Has everything you need and the owner / manager truly loves pets! Be careful or you'll leave with a kitten!
