Did not feel comfortable something was really off my last experience there and they tried to get me sign something at theend when i dont even know what the paper was, asked for my social security number when thats already my BANK. Dont get me wrong the people seem to be very nice I tried isinh atm to start an account that wasnt working gave me a hard time with that! I mean the whole experience was a lil awkward

I would NEVER advise anyone to use this bank for their corporate or other business needs, especially those that are just starting their business or corporation. The staff knows next to nothing about this area, from my experience, and trying to open an account for a non-profit corporation with this bank was nearly impossible. I have been attempting to open an account with WSFS for my non-profit corporation for a total of 8 months now, to no avail. This was with the help of two different bankers with varying levels of experience, as well as the branch manager. Overall, my experience with the business end of this bank was just general incompetence, however my personal accounts have been fine for years. As long as you don't need to actually deal with the staff for any reason, it's a half-decent bank. Will be making my business accounts elsewhere.
