Milford WaWa has got to be the busiest out of all of Delaware. That's gotta be said. The service received from the great folks "behind the line" is always SO awesome that Wawa better be payin' them above and beyond the typical bs corporate hourly wage.
Vegetarian options: There's customization with most menu items so it's DIY vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Most items are customizable.
Parking: This is a beast of a parking lot. It makes one wonder if the CEOs at Wawa have stock in auto insurance.

I'll give you 2 stars because Wawa usually has good pizza. Except this visit/location. This could be false advertisement since there is no slice since they didn't even cut it. I'll do it myself though.

PSA - If you see the bathrooms broken, reconsider any unpackaged food.
I have been visiting WAWA for over a decade and always make a stop when in the North East. It's the preferred stop when we take road trips there.
This is the first time a WAWA location has stood out for the wrong reasons.
I stopped by the first WAWA en route from VA for a quick restroom stop and coffee, only to notice that all the restrooms were closed for maintenance. This seemed odd, as it's normal to have a part closed for maintenance, so the customer and employees use the rest.
When I spoke to the attendant, I was told it was due to a water pressure issue (which says it's not a today problem). They had to choose between water pressure in the kitchen and restroom, and they chose the kitchen. Also, the location sold fresh food like other WAWAs.
The next question was, where would you suggest the customers use the restroom? She pointed me to a Walgreens next door. When I asked her what the employees were doing, she said they had potter potty's in the back. We paid for our snacks and coffee and walked out.
A few significant concerns here
If the employees use potter potties, which mostly don't have running water, they don't have water to wash their hands before returning to work in the kitchen, where they make fresh food.
This also seems to violate the state health code that requires employees to wash hands before returning to work.
If the kitchen is the only place where they can wash their hands, it's likely the same sink for washing hands as making food after the employee walks to the back of the store to the potter potty and back.
Given the water issues, the right thing for the store would have been to prioritize the restrooms over the kitchen, as that is what the customers are mostly there for on a state highway, and the employees don't have to use potter potties. They may be upset there is no fresh food, but at least they don't have to second-guess.
One bad experience like this leaves a stain on the entire brand. 1 Star for the situtation, hard to focus on the rest of the store. Visited - 8/24/24

Great for quick in & out service. Gas stations, food service bar with quick turnaround, restrooms & lots of parking.
Parking: Lots of parking around front & side. Room for tractor trailers too.
Kid-friendliness: They take care of everyone kids too. And have restrooms.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps at front of store, both sides.

It's a busy store especially in the mornings. The men's restroom was pretty clean, believe it, maybe recently cleaned. I say because almost every other review mentions dirty restrooms. Overall the food here is consistent. My main reason to review is to compliment the dude that was making sandwiches on 2/6/24 night time. Meatball sub was perfectly prepared and packaged. I can be a messy eater so it was nice that my sandwhich wasn't dripping a bunch of sauce all over my hands or shirt. Perfect amount of sauce.
Parking: The lot is big but sometimes packed. You can park at the business next door if needed

Ordered the gobbler bowl. Had only two tiny pieces of turkey and mostly stuffing. The bowl was only half filled. Not worth the price. Next time I’ll go to royal farms.
