Once again this WaWa is successful in it's failure in food delivery shorting my order one (1) 16oz Red Bull. Last week it was two(2) bags of chips & two(2) large bags of M&M's. Bags should NOT be sealed until the contents are verified by the drivers. Now I have to return to the store to retrieve an item I paid for. WaWa!!! Wake up.
This store can never send out an accurate delivery and I fault management on down. If a restaurant added water to soup, they wouldn't stay open long. Watery Broccoli Cheddar soup is disgusting and inedible; make a new batch or take it off the computer. Do NOT substitute a 16oz with 12oz, you're stealing from your customers x2 drinks. Do NOT substitute a regular drink with DIET. Add guacamole means add guacamole, if you've run out of something, take it off the computer. Delivery service is for the convenience of the customer. Having to come in and make exchanges is inconvenient. The problem is, this isn't the first time or second time, or third time, it's a consistent subpar performance that's not being addressed on the shift covering 5 pm through 8 pm.
Hire and staff extra people. Train your people, expect more from them. Staff, where's your pride in work? This reflects on you, supervisors, and management, and gives WaWa a definitive steaming black eye. This store, a sore spot in the WaWa universe.
The bright spot of this store is the overnight force, picking up the slacking mess left to them, dealing with some truly nasty customers, prepping the store for the morning shift, and maintaining a high level of positivity through it all. You know who you are and I hope your district does as well.

Ordered rice chicken cheese lettuce burrito. Rice wasn't cooked. It was hard and raw and ended up gaging on a peice of hair in my burrito. Disgusting whoever is working tonight on 8-26-25 at 9 am. Get it together.

LOVE this store during the day but tonight was ridiculous all of the employees walking around complaining and cussing loudly they have to do their jobs! The one woman in charge of getting ready the door dashes was walking around mad she couldn’t get her phone to charge! I finally ask about my order for the second time when it’s 15 minutes past due and the smoothies that went with the order had been sitting out since before we got there just melting away! And instead of helping me she got an attitude and told me she didn’t know what door dashes she had and just continued running her mouth saying the order wasn’t ready when I could see the food with the ticket number and bag with our number and name on it clearly right in front of me. Definitely complaining to cooperate and door dash this happens at this store all the time! Why work here if you hate the job so much?!

They never use the pickup shelf for mobile orders, it's always behind the counter so you have to wait. Annoying af. Why even have it there if you never use it?

I like the prices of the fact that they're open all night and I like the fact that you can get a lottery ticket anytime of the day it's rare that you can't get a lottery ticket anytime of the day at Wawa the only time you can't is when the machine is re-evaluating or something or the jackpot is going off so I like that element of it I don't like the air pump the air pump will suck the air out of your tire rather than put their in and because of that machine my tire actually went and got a nail in it because I had to drive on a flat tire because of the fact that the air pump was not in it wasn't placing air in my tire it was sucking air out and it's because of the way that the pump itself is made so it's not worth it getting free air if there's even a slight chance that the machine will take the air out rather than put the air in that's the only complaint that I have about Wawa is that that demonic air pump everything else is perfect so so far even the employees are all right you know normally you encounter some real ratchet individuals these days they can't stand having to do their jobs but in this and most of the wawas I've been in I've never had an issue so far

I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning (order 670) which was sausage, egg & cheese on a shorti wheat roll. Imagine my disappointment when I got home only to find NO EGG on my sandwich. Sorry.... a sausage sandwich is not what I wanted, and now nobody answers the phone. I have called 12x and when nobody picks up... the call is disconnected!!
