I had an excellent outcome today because Sammy helped expedite a prescription. My friend was having a medical emergency and I offered to pick it up, she couldn't drive and needed to stay inside. Sammy expedited the prescription so it would be ready before the lunch break. I appreciate it and so does my friend whose condition improved with the med.

It was not my place so I didnt say anything; I needed to ask a question and was waiting to speak to the pharmacist, who was very helpful by the way... An older gentleman was the only person in another line for cashier assistance. Another customer finished with the cashier and left at which time the older gentleman began to move forward to get the cashier assistance also to be nastily corrected and told to wait until she was ready. The cashier was very disrespectful. The gentleman backed up and continued standing there. What is going on here?

Wish I would have checked the reviews before having prescription sent here. Extremely rude pharmacy assistant, if that is what you call her. They need to "type it up" even though it was called in an hour prior and would take an hour to type up. No customers there and I was told I should have stood behind the line. I thought I was being pranked. Rude, rude and inefficient pharmacy, no wonder they are closing locations.

If this place could get negative stars it would. Absolutely horrible experience when trying to get medications. At the end of the day it is always this location that has the issues. They are lazy unwilling to do any sort of follow up even when at the end of the day it ends up being on their end. They never will admit it. They are negative, unhappy and shouldn't be in that profession if they can't provide competent service to their customers. I'm done getting. My prescriptions at Walgreens I am switching to Rite Aid permanently. I have been a Walgreens customer since they purchased Happy Harry's and I promise from this day forward you will not see me in your stores. I will make sure my word of mouth travels as far as it possibly can to the point this location closes. Dirty stores, ignorant employees, long wait times and unhelpful people! Take care ✌️

I've always given them the benefit of the doubt. I understand staffing and population are issues. However, when you patiently wait on hold for 25-50 minutes and then are place on hold again when a rep answers, just to hold for another 5 minutes then eventually sent back to a ringing line that is not answered and then disconnected is a bit much. The job may be overwhelming, but you still have to do the job.

Walgreens on DuPont highway in Millsboro is the absolute worst! NO ONE answers the phone! After waiting 20 mins. for someone to pick up the phone - they answered and hung up on me!I called back and asked to talk to the Store Manager.... I was connected to their number ---- NO ONE answered the phone. I called back - "Oh Store Manager is out sick today!"AWFUL - do not go there!In addition - they take way too long to get medications in. Even the store in SOuth CArolina, took days to get some meds in!

Management has rectified the poor service that existed and which previously had warranted bad reviews. Still long lines at times, but the employees are attentive, polite and generally helpful.

I’m rating it 4 stars. They are doing the best they can in the hours they offer. Big mistake being closed all weekend. Should be open Saturdays with volume of customers.My doctor ordered prescription on June 26 I was told on July 3rd they were working on it. I could wait but there were waiters ahead of me. Waiters ahead of me for prescription sent by Dr on June 26? Another dr sent prescription, that one lost. Not filled. Will go today to discuss.My opinion, BIG mistake being closed on Saturdays.
