I was searching all of the stores trying to find a large size carhartt coat. Nobody had one. I went into the millsboro store and they didn't have one. But an awesome girl named Jess took the time to call the Berlin store and they checked their stock for me and found one. I really appreciated Jess actually calling the store for me. Most places will have you call the store on your own. Thank you so much jess

This is one of the best stores I ever shopped at. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There is always someone answer question and help with a purchase.A big shout out to MJ. Helpful, friendly, do not let her go.A second big shout out to Amanda. A wealth of poultry knowledge.Girl power reigns.

My wife and I stopped in to get a new bird feeder, as well as ask the manager a quick unrelated question. We were greeted by the cashier (I believe her name was Grace), and she was very professional and courteous. She was able to direct us to the Assistant Manager (Corey). Corey was VERY kind, and he was able to help us with everything we needed. He also happily interacted with our young daughter, who was intrigued by the baby chickens. This is definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had at any given business, and I wanted to make it know with this review. I definitely encourage people to shop here more often.

The entrance from the highway is hard to find. Google maps says go in the same entrance as pizza king, but then you have to off-road it to get to their parking lot. You need to go in the hertrick collision center entrance, but there is no signage for tsc at that entrance.

Was not able to use the dog washing station due to not having towels to dry my dog and he doesn’t like the dryer at all. Also it was not a very clean room. Stuff was thrown everywhere. I did straighten it up a little before I became aware of the no towel situation.

Had an online order.. when I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that there were out of stock on that dog food bag size but without hesitation, they asked if I was ok with another size and they made it right! Always a great experience visiting!
