Wednesday night my family and I went in to use the dog wash station. Hardly any shampoo and no conditioner. No brushes for dog or Aprons. Nothing like advertised. When we asked for a restock of items we were told they were out. But still charged full price for a bath. Will not be returning will try Milford’s

I love the Millsboro location, of this excellent store. This store is always clean and well stocked, with quality products, and the convenience of outside pickup, when needed. The staff is what makes this store, truly special. The staff is always welcoming and generous with helpful support. I'm particularly grateful to George, for years of thoughtful and exceptional customer service. I appreciate MJ and Jess, for their friendly kindness, and strong customer care. This staff is special, and seem proud to be providing help.

I was searching all of the stores trying to find a large size carhartt coat. Nobody had one. I went into the millsboro store and they didn't have one. But an awesome girl named Jess took the time to call the Berlin store and they checked their stock for me and found one. I really appreciated Jess actually calling the store for me. Most places will have you call the store on your own. Thank you so much jess

My wife and I stopped in to get a new bird feeder, as well as ask the manager a quick unrelated question. We were greeted by the cashier (I believe her name was Grace), and she was very professional and courteous. She was able to direct us to the Assistant Manager (Corey). Corey was VERY kind, and he was able to help us with everything we needed. He also happily interacted with our young daughter, who was intrigued by the baby chickens. This is definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had at any given business, and I wanted to make it know with this review. I definitely encourage people to shop here more often.

The entrance from the highway is hard to find. Google maps says go in the same entrance as pizza king, but then you have to off-road it to get to their parking lot. You need to go in the hertrick collision center entrance, but there is no signage for tsc at that entrance.

Was not able to use the dog washing station due to not having towels to dry my dog and he doesn’t like the dryer at all. Also it was not a very clean room. Stuff was thrown everywhere. I did straighten it up a little before I became aware of the no towel situation.
