“Within the past few years we have had to use Coastal to have a vehicle towed. Once as a result of an accident, which one of their own trucks was involved in, and another breakdown. Both times Coastal came through for us. The breakdown occurred late in the day and they responded immediately. They also made the needed repairs to our car and we had it back the next day! The office personel and drivers were very responsive to our needs. We had used them many years ago with another vehicle that had issues. When we found out the car was being recalled due to this problem, they towed it to the dealer for us.
For our money they are the best towing and repair service in the area.”

“I can't say the gentleman that dropped my son's car off last night at almost midnight couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. What I can say is the truck he was driving the diesel exhaust fumes from the muffler and exhaust being broken coming up over the sides is going to make him very very if not terminally ill it turned my stomach and gave me a headache standing out there for the 15 minutes it took him to unload it his lights were horrible he couldn't even see what he was doing thank goodness I had a big spotlight so he can see because the lights are on the truck instead of the bed of the truck I really hope that this gentleman gets the exhaust on that truck fixed and the lights get fixed on that truck so he can see what he's doing at night.”
