This pharmacy seems kind of unresponsive, but I also had a recent experience where I had an issue filling a prescription, and the pharmacy staff was extremely rude and uncaring. This is a very poor pharmacy option.

I was forced to switch to this pharmacy due to my insurance changing and requiring the change as Rite-Aid is a preferred pharmacy. They never have any new or reoccurring prescription of mine in stock. Like ever. And that goes for simple prescriptions like antibiotic eye drops, steroid creams, or maintenance inhalers. The lead pharmacist is not helpful,empathetic, or knowledgeable about the medications or what they treat, and the delay in care is absolutely rediculous. I understand that the pharmacy chain has declared bankruptcy, and they do not have accounts with enough drug companies to have shelf stock, but they are operating recklessly. As an RN, the delay in medication constitutes medical neglect on their part. They should be ashamed of themselves operating under these conditions.

Started to once again get our prescriptions at Rite Aid in Longneck. A big change has occurred with the pharmacy staff in that there are more staff, are friendly and occomodating to my needs. When the line was long they put more cashiers on line. I am impressed. Thank you to all the staff at this Rite Aid...you're wonderful. Once again I had a wonderful experience when the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get the necessary medication for my husband. Thank you all so very much.

The pharmacy never answers the phone I was rerouted a million times and hung up on three. The “store line” had nothing more to say then I can’t help you I’ll transfer you back. What a waste of time for all parties my time matters too and my pharmaceutical question could have easily been answered in minutes at most. Completely unprofessional! under staffed or not it’s unacceptable

I have used this pharmacy for 6 years. They are dependable and have always filled my prescriptions within a reasonable time frame. Very pleased!

The male/female worker that works in pharmacy is very rude . Gives you a weird stare and talks to herself under her breath while giving you your medication.... Always a very weird and uncomfortable vibe when i encounter with him/her

Not sure what's up with this store JJH. Had to change pharmacy due to not completing my pharmacy transfers. Then just to do over the counter transactions, customers service gets an F! Changed to branch further away from me but very nice and excellent service.

I went in the hospital on the 30th of October and then I called the next day they said my meds be ready after 2 well it wasn't then next at 12 pm they said 4-6 hours they will text me when ready we'll here it is 2nd of November and my meds still isn't ready. Ans shari that works their done said she will keep moving me to the bottom of the list. When I told her I will turn her in she said go head laughted at me said rite won't belive you they won't get rid of me

Male worker who works in the pharmacy who dresses like a women is very rude, also did not like the fact that I sent my daughter into the restroom only for her to run out because he was in there.
