Was given an estimate by another place for power steering pump replacement. Turned out to be totally unneeded and Ocean Tire let me know that. They were very honest and helpful. Prices very reasonable for what I had done. They are the best!

Very nice service people. I did their quote process for the full synthetic service. It included oil, filter, grease and tire rotation. 4 stars because The tires were not rotated.

The working being done was complete but my appointment was for 11am and the oil change was completed until 2:20 pm. If it takes more than 3 hours for an oil change why have appointments in the first place.

Had a new set of tires put on wife's Chevy Equinox. Didn't notice anything at around town speeds, but once I hit around 50 mph, very bad vibration. Took the vehicle back to Ocean Area Tire a week later and told them I think a tire is out of balance. They checked and said all the tires are balanced and I have a bent right front rim. I asked "Did you take it on a test drive?". "No, you have a bent rim". So dealt with it for a few more weeks and decided to take it to Mr Tire in Lewes. Glad I did. They informed me all four tires were out of balance and way too much weight on the rims. So, $109 later, I have correctly balanced tires and no vibration. So much for the bent rim! I won't be visiting Ocean Area Tire again.

I was a walk in about 930am with a nail or screw in my tire, Matt said right now very can come back about 3pm. I returned 2:50 , they took it right I was done in 25/30 mins They popped the tire off the rim patched it from the inside, He showed me a 10penny nail that went all the way through.GREAT SERVICE

Service performed tire rotation, and oil change. Return home following service and next morning there was a large oil stain on garage floor. Returned to ocean tire and was found that oil was spilled on frame during oil change and never cleaned up. A week later notice missing lug nut on vehicle. Returned a second time to have new lug nut installed. Both times I was waited on by Ryan. In both instances, no apologies no display of empathy made to feel I was a nuisance. Very poor customer service skills.

Higher prices than other places I checked but decided to go with them due to proximity to my home. I had a scheduled appointment. I asked how long it would take and was told 25 min to an hour. They didn't even take my car in until an hour AFTER my scheduled time with no explain of why. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Not very accommodating. I was going to say something but thought I'd wait and see if they would provide proper customer service. Didn't happen! No apologies for the wait of over 2 hours to get 4 new tires.
